We do not just rely upon the estate agents’ regular reports - we personally inspect too. Clean, presentable and secure, an early inspection of a vacant property establishes if it has been left in good condition. On receipt of our completed vacation report you will be able to decide if your customer’s clean and tidy retention is to be returned. If work is required we can arrange that for you. Regular inspections of any vacant property ensures they are looking their best. These are completed by our estate agents who provide regular feedback on the presentation of the property.

Keeping Your Teams Informed We send weekly email campaigns to your sites, to show you how well your sites are doing and to keep you informed.

Advertising In addition to email campaigns, we also run competitions to incentivise the sales teams at Redrow and encourage them to promote the service more to potential buyers, which increases applications and the number of new units sold.

Our Managing Director, Barry Mattock, was recently in a Redrow Help to Sell information video. This was to help customers understand the scheme more and to entice them to use it by making them more comfortable about the scheme by giving expert advise.

Site Launches Our dedicated Account Managers and Business Development Managers go out to Redrow weekend site launches to answer customer questions and explain the service in more detail.
