Editor’s Note

Editor’s note... The summer has officially arrived, and with it comes the jam-packed, fourth issue of Warrington’s very own Movin’ Magazine! In this special summer issue, we’re very proud to feature the nation’s very own queen of property, Sarah Beeny, who talks to us about the opportunities that she still sees in the property market, as well as introducing her brand new website, Tepilo.com (p26). We’ll also be taking a special look at one of the prettiest and most vibrant locations in Warrington, Lymm village, and explore why it still attracts a wealth of tourists and locals alike every year (p10). Following on from our Movin’ Manchester to Liverpool charity bike ride, on page 7 we take the chance to congratulate all those who took part and to celebrate the success of the event that ran through the centre of our town at the end of May. We also bring you some of the hottest summer fashion on the high street, and our selection of the best outside solutions to help you enjoy your garden while the sun shines this summer. Our warm congratulations also go to local resident, Karen Wilkinson, the winner of last issue’s Borders competition. If you’d like to be in with a chance of win-
