Document findings, perform trend analysis, and communicate to management, employees and customers as appropriate. • Participate on Quality and Food Safety Teams. • Other duties and tasks when necessary.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable scientific discipline. • 5+ years in a quality management position in a food plant, preferably in a spray drying environment. • Ability to problem solve using unique approaches and out-of- the-box thinking • Experience with GFSI, specifically FSSC 22000 • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. • Ability to interact in a positive way with all personnel and customers. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Project Turnabout has openings for Counselors in our Granite Falls MN Program. We are seeking committed counselors who want to make a difference in the lives of others. This position requires applicants to be either licensed or license eligible (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – LADC) in the State of Minnesota. NCRC certification from a different state is usually transferable if the applicant has a BA/BS degree.
