Elizabeth has been with St. Mark's for six months and has 30 years of experience in the clergy. Kasey started with St. Mark's seven months ago. She organizes and coordinates admissions, visits residents and families, executes necessary plans to care for residents and mediates day-to-day concerns of residents, staff, and families. Kasey also works with the rest of the interdisciplinary team to manage the residents' ongoing care conferences, maintains open communication with families and residents, acts as resident advocate, and works to promote and maintain a caring environment for the residents and co-workers to make St. Mark's a warm and caring community.

Amy Baarsch & Nina Best Amy is a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser and is licensed in MN and IA. She has been fitting hearing aids for 15 years and started Audibel High Tech Hearing in 2000. Audibel High Tech has locations in Austin, Albert Lea and Cresco. As a hearing aid wearer herself, Amy understands the difficulties and frustrations of hearing loss. Being fit with hearing aids as an adult after a lifetime of hearing loss is what made her want to help others hear better. She enjoys working with her sister, Nina Best, BC-HIS, who also shares her zeal for helping those with hearing loss. They are natives of Austin.
