Purpose

The Ag Sales Representative sells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers in a professional, profitable manner. Build, grow and maintain strong customer relationships while representing the company for the sale of machinery. Grow the sales base within a defined sales area and add to the growth and profitability of SEMA Equipment. Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management. Maintains all customer information in assigned territory; knows and follows a defined sales process; maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment; assists with preparation and execution of customer events; conducts new equipment field demonstrations; monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management; maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods; attends applicable sales training events and seminars; maintains current knowledge of used equipment values.

Main Requirements

✓ 1+ years equipment sales experience ✓ Knowledge of ag and turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred ✓ Ability to use desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions ✓ Ability to work flexible hours ✓ Excellent customer relationship skills ✓ Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports ✓ Valid driver's license and clean MVR record

The walls are still the same shade of pea green and the furniture, well, they're all hand-medowns. You've got the bed you had in college, your childhood dresser and your grandmother's old mirror. It's time for a change, and you're starting with the furniture. Some people prefer matching pieces, and if you are among them, bedroom sets are available. The pieces are made of the same materials and designed to coordinate with each other. If matching pieces are not your style, you can mix and match pieces from various manufacturers. You can select a bed from one manufacturer, nightstands and dressers from another, and a sofa from another. You can mix materials like pine, iron and leather; just make sure they complement each other in color and style. A brass bed might not work so well with rod iron nightstands and a mahogany dresser. You moved into your house several years ago, stashed all of the leftover furniture in your bedroom, made up your bed and that was that. You have worked on every room since and neglected your bedroom. The walls are still the same shade of pea green and the furniture, well, they're all hand-medowns. You've got the bed you had in college, your childhood dresser and your grandmother's old mirror. It's time for a change, and you're starting with the furniture. Some people prefer matching pieces, and if you are among them, bedroom sets are available. The pieces are made of the same materials and designed to coordinate with each other. If matching pieces are not your style, you can mix and match pieces from various manufacturers. You can select a bed from one manufacturer, nightstands and dressers from another, and a sofa from another. You can mix materials like pine, iron and leather; just make sure they complement each other in color and style. A brass bed might not work so well with rod iron nightstands and a mahogany dresser. When shopping for bedroom furniture, you will also want to keep the size of your bedroom in mind. How much square footage do you have to fill?
