The provider will mow the three mounds, each being approximately 200' long from top to bottom to a grass height no less than four inches and no more than six inches. The provider will trim weeds to expose any pipes and covers on the mounds and at the lift station in order to make them easily visible and allow unimpeded access for inspections and maintenance. The provider will be responsible for control of noxious weeds as well as control and removal of volunteer trees for the entire estimated five acres as needed. The provider will report any signs of rodent invasion, mound erosion or soft spots, and any other irregularities to the town board. Equipment must be suitable for driving on the mounds without causing damage to the mound or the sewer system. The provider must provide general liability insurance. Price quotes should be calculated on a per mowing and per spraying basis. The board may increase or decrease the number of times the property is to be mowed depending on the rate of growth and other circumstances.
