Candidates must have healthcare onboarding, orientation or training experience. CNA, RCA, or similar healthcare experience is beneficial but not required. Candidates must be energetic, patient, a team player, and have excellent communication, follow-up and problem solving skills. Additional qualifications include the ability to understand and tailor teaching methods to different learning styles and the desire to be a mentor and resource for staff. This is a full-time position. You must be able to work and train during day, evening and overnight shifts as needed.
