JUNIOR STOCK Entering grades 3 – 6 Junior Stock is a completely hands-on opportunity to experience the fun, wonder and magic of musical theater. Your talents will be explored, nurtured, and encouraged. You will sing, act, dance, work on simple costumes, and help create the scenery and props for the fantastic final performance in the MPH Coville Theater.
The MPH Summer Stock program is designed for students with an interest in theater, both onstage and behind the scenes. This two-week program provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain exposure to the entire process of theatrical production—from acting, movement, and singing to theater terminology and costumes, lighting, sound, and set design. The teaching artists work to create a collaborative immersion experience, and at the close of these two weeks, you will star or work as backstage crew in a “Broadway-style” musical production. Directed by MPH Vocal Music Teacher Annmarie Gregory and Choreographer Mackenzie Gildemeyer
Directed by MPH Band Teacher Rick Huyge
