UMA OFFICE BUILDING Lima, Peru
Interior Design Project Jota Studio December 2020 Sketchup + CAD + Enscape + Photoshop
UMA OFFICE BUILDING Lima, Peru
Twelve story office building under construction in Lima, Peru. The firm was required to design the interiors of the common areas according to the concept of the building developed by the maketing team. The users are young entrepreneurs coming from different parts of the country, so the client asked that our design was elegant, but at the same time made the users feel as if they had a little piece of their hometowns in every space. The areas developed were the entrance, lobby, elevators area and corridors, directory, meeting rooms, terrace area and kitchenette. We mixed elegant materials, such as concrete and wood with authoctonous elements and a vibrant color palette in certain details.

CAPSULE HOTEL Miami Beach
Comprehensive Studio Prof. Abraham Aluicio Summer 2019 Revit + Enscape + Photoshop
CAPSULE HOTEL
1001 Washington Ave, Miami Beach Mixed used complex building with a parking lot on the second floor, dividing the public spaces on the first floor and the semi-public and private spaces on the upper floors. Shifting every floor to create movement, shading, and lighting in the building was the strategy used to design the hotel. This allowed to create a green “cascade” corner, emphasizing the intersection of Washington Ave and 10th st, which can be seen by the pedestrians coming from every direction. Also, the volume have different voids, such as the two story green atrium towards the front of the building facing Washington ave, and the discontinuity of the the upper two floors in the back of the building creating the pool and bar area.

SUSTAINABLE BUILDING Ludlam Trail
Graduate Design 9 Prof. Sara Valente Spring 2019 Revit + Sketchup + Enscape + Lumion + Photoshop
SUSTAINABLE BUILDING Ludlam Trail
This project consisted of two parts. The first one is the park where different sustainable strategies were used to provide the community with a biking and pedestrian pathways, the opportunity to grow and eat their own food, while taking advantage of natural resources, such as water and light to create energy. The second part is the building, which occupies 20% of the site. This is a mixed used building. The public areas are on the first floor. They include an organic market, a restaurant, a juice bar, and a wine tasting room. The second floor has a meeting room on one wing, and some of the student housing on the other one. The third floor is completly private. The rest of the student housing is located there. Each apartment has 2 small bedrooms and a sharing kitchenette and bathrom in between.

ART PAVILION Lummus Park
Graduate Design 8 Prof. Eric Goldemberg Fall 2018 Maya + Rhino + Sketchup + Lumion + Photoshop + 3D Print
ART PAVILION
Lummus Park, Miami Beach This pavilion started from one element inspired in the ocean waves and their organic form. Later we designed different variations of the same pavilion interconnecting them in pairs. After, they were all connected making one structure where all the entrances and exits are in the east - west axis, directing people from the street to the ocean.
