Why Should Ali Be Inducted In The Hall of Fame I think Muhammad Ali deserve to be inducted into the Black History Hall of Fame because he went through a lot in his life. Mr. Ali was considered one of the greatest athletes in boxing history, winning both the Coveted Golden Gloves title and an Olympic Gold Medal, among several other honors. At the age of 12, Ali discovered his talent for boxing through an odd twist of fate. In 1960, Muhammad won a spot on the U.S Olympic Boxing Team. As a sport icon, Muhammad Ali had a huge saying impact on the civil rights movement by denying entry into the U.S Army. He made the issue of Civil Rights on the home front a priority for young black youth of America.
