January 29, 1954 - Present Early Life - Moved back-to-back from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and to Nashville, Tennessee to live with her mother and father since her grandmother could no longer take care due to illness. - Experienced a sexual abuse; cause rape; at the age of 9 by one of her cousins. More abusing has occurred by her uncle, and by a family friend. - Living in Wisconsin with her mother, as a teenager, her behavior was unacceptable from her mother. Sent back to Nashville to her father, she has noticed that she became pregnant, at the age of 14. Once she was in her 7th month, she finally told her parents. Once the baby boy was born, he died 2 weeks later. Interesting Facts - At 19 years old, while still a sophomore in college, she becomes the youngest and first African-American anchor for WTVF-TV in Nashville.

Oprah Winfrey deserves to be inducted because she is best known for hosting her own internationally popular talk show from 1986 to 2011. She is also an actress, philanthropist, publisher and producer.The acheivements that she has done, for not just her own self, to be noticed, but for others to be. This women has yet to be the only but first AfricanAmerican women who is the richest, and only the world’s only Black billionaire.
