BIDDING: Each animal on which there are two or more bids will be sold to the highest bidder.

TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash, checks will be accepted.

DISPUTES: The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids by declaring all off and reselling the animal in question.

HANDLING: Each animal will be at the buyer's risk as soon as sold and settlement must be made at completion of the sale. Cattle will be loaded out by the seller upon instruction from the buyer, at buyer's risk. If you wish to leave your bull at the STOUT CHAROLAIS RANCH until May 1, let them know at the desk when paying.

HEALTH: All animals will have been health inspected and tested for Bangs.

BREEDER’S GUARANTEE: All bulls are guaranteed to be sound breeders. They will be semen tested prior to May 1, if left at the Stout Charolais Ranch, or you may have them tested prior to the breeding season at Headlee Enterprises at our expense. Any bull sold that fails to prove himself a breeder may be returned to the seller after notification by the buyer of the condition. Stout Charolais will work with you in furnishing a replacement for the current breeding season but reserves the right to try for four (4) months to prove the animal in question a breeder. If successful the buyer must reclaim the animal at his expense. If the animal is not proven a breeder the buyer is guaranteed a satisfactory replacement or credit toward the purchase of another animal of equal value. In case the animal in question should develop to be a problem breeder due to negligence or improper management by the buyer, the seller's guarantee does not apply and the animal returned must be free from disease and in good condition.

ALL bulls possible are registered and recorded in the AICA and proper certificates will be furnished unless otherwise stated. TRANSFER of ownership will be completed by the seller.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction box will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalog.

LIABILITIES: All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk, and the owners and agents assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
