Zumba®

Join Janine for an hour long Zumba class every Thursday evening! Zumba is a mix between low-intensity to high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party! Zumba combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. As Janine always says at each class, it’s not about getting all of the moves “right”. It’s about getting lost in the music and having fun, all while getting an awesome workout!
