Aloka Viewing Space Food and Beverages planning 2020 on going Principal Architect Gosha Muhammad Architect in charge Muhamad Rifsa Team Alba Sithar Lusiana Septiani Cimenyan,Kab.Bandung Barat 813 m2 site 504 m2 building ± 150 Pax

Aloka was originally just a wooden house and an existing basement building. Without changing the substance of the wooden house, the space sequence is made around the wooden house with the ending of a direct view of the city of Bandung. Apart from functioning as a restaurant, the existence of a wooden house allows the use of a more private wooden house as a villa.

Lelo means “to see” in the manggarai language. Lelo Bajo which means “Seeing Bajo”, has good hopes to see future opportunities by bringing the noble values of customs and culture. The conical roof which is adopted from the roof of the Wae Rebo house which is made dynamic and contemporary gives the impression of a local richness that can be brought to the present and the future. The curved shape of the building that resembles a crescent moon is inspired by the geography of Padar Island. 80

Urban District Apartment Residential planning 2019 Final Project Architect Muhamad Rifsa Jl Dr.Djunjunan,Bandung 9800 m2 site 6000 m2 building 87 (Studio Type) 7 (2 Bedroom Type) 6 (3 Bedroom Type)

Jalan Dr. Djunjunan is one of the primary roads and the entrance to the Bandung City, which is close to several educational places, offices, and commercial areas. The site with close access to the Pasteur toll road, Hussein Sastranegara Airport and others makes one of the potentials to support the needs of housing in the form of apartments amidst a dense population with increasingly narrowing land. 92
