My cook book provides a few a my favourite recipes and they are all in a way related to my new cuisine called “choco mozart�. I hope that you try at least 1 of the recipes that I have written down here. Have a great time cooking and if you have any questions just ask me ! - From Mrinalini


Chocolate Mug Cake

This is one of my personal favourites recipe And I’m really excited to share you this Recipe AND you don’t have to bake this in a oven this is a MICROWAVE recipe :) (please note that this a different version of mug cakes than usual since there is no eggs in this one, if you want the version with eggs please ask me Mrinalini).

Ingredients: ¼ cup all purpose flour (maybe you can try different flours if you don't have that one), 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp sugar (you can add 1 tbsp more if you want it more sweeter), ⅛ tsp salt, ¼ cup + 1 tbsp Milk,2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp nutella (you can use a different spread if you want). Instructions 1.In a medium bowl whisk all dry ingredients together 2.whisk in the milk and vegetable oil until everything combines and the batter has no clumps 3.Pour batter in the mug you have chosen 4.Add the spread in the middle of the cup and don’t spread it 5.place a paper towel in the microwave and carefully put the mug inside the microwave 6.Microwave High for 70 seconds (please note that all microwaves are different so it might take a different time) 7.Enjoy!!!


Hot Chocolate Brrrr… It’s cold outside and you want some hot chocolate or you just feel like drinking some of that delicious hot chocolate? no problemo with this little shortcut recipe you’ll be relaxing in the sofa and sipping that delicious hot chocolate that you made yourself ! and that too under ten minutes (YAY!!). Ingredients: 2 cups of milk, ¾ cup of nutella (you can add a little more to make it a little more sweeter and you can add something else that is chocolatey instead of nutella), And any topping like marshmallows to add in your hot chocolate (optional) Instructions: 1.first put the milk in the chosen cup you want to drink from 2.add the nutella 3.microwave the cup for about 30 - 40 seconds (remember all microwaves are different so you might need to have a different time) 4.use a spoon and mix the drink with a spoon so the nutella completely combines with the milk 5. (optional step) add toppings such as marshmallows 6.Enjoy!


Chocolate Mousse Who would have thought such a silken chocolate mousse could be made using only three ingredients? Well here’s the recipe! enjoy this delicious chocolate mousse! Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate (ideally at least 70% cocoa solids) coarsely chopped, 2 cups (500ml) cream, 1 cup (100g) chopped marshmallows Instructions: 1.Heat chocolate 2.half the cream and the marshmallows in a dry heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering hot water stirring until melted and smooth (about 10 minutes). 3.remove from heat and allow to cool down 4.add it to chocolate mixture 5.Beat remaining cream to soft peaks and fold through chocolate mixture 6.Pour into glasses or bowls (before at least refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.)


Chocolate Yogo Making Homemade Chocolate Yogo at home is surprisingly easy. You can make different flavours if you wish (see below) and you can reduce the sugar or use a sugar substitute if you want to cut down.Also basically Chocolate Yogo would be another word for Chocolate yogurt! Ingredients:4 tbsp Cocoa,4 tbsp Cornflour,1/2 cup Castor Sugar,800 ml Milk Instructions: 1.Sift dry ingredients together and mix with 300ml of the milk. 2.Meanwhile, bring to the boil the remaining 500ml of milk. 3.Whisk in the chocolately milk. 4.Continue whisking on low heat until it thickens (can take up to 5 minutes). 5.Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic film so it touches the top of the yogo and pop it into the fridge until it cools.


Chocolate fudge A deliciously tempting, easy dark chocolate fudge recipe that can easily be made into truffles as well. Be sure to use SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK ONLY or this recipe will not set up. This is a really simple recipe for you to try! Ingredients:(12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips,(14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Instructions: 1.line a cake tin (greased) and set it aside 2.Melt half of the chocolate in a microwavable bowl (remember all microwaves are different so each one will need a different time) Add the remaining chocolate and stir for a while then microwave it a little but more and stir it to completely combine 3.stir in condensed milk until well combined 4.pour into the lined tin and put in the fridge until it sets 5.Enjoy!
