Macon is quietly becoming a city that gets mentioned as a “must visit” for food lovers looking for best places to eat in the South. Helping to build Macon’s foodie-friendly scene are the trio of Moonhanger Group restaurants: the Rookery, Dovetail, and H&H Soul Food. The Rookery has become known for its creative takes on American classics, getting a mention from Garden & Gun magazine as having one of the best burgers in the South. Dovetail, featured in Southern Living, creatively uses locally sourced vegetables and meats to bring uniquely southern combinations to the dining table. And H&H’s down home soul food, along with its history as a cornerstone of Macon’s southern rock scene, led to Thrillist.com naming it “Georgia’s Most Iconic Restaurant.”

Open bar lasts 4 hours Beverage minimum of $250 Drinks served after 4 hours will be billed on a running tab basis

RUNNING TAB

Patron will be given an open bar and charged cash bar rates for each drink. Total will be given at conclusion of event.

PAYMENT

Payment for open bar must be made 14 days prior to the event. Credit cards, checks, and cash are all acceptable. A credit card must be provided on the night of event to account for possible overages in amount of people and time. Patron will be immediately notified of any cases of overages. Credit card must also be provided during running tab bars.

$5/person (Brut, Andre, or Korbel) Service Charge A service charge will be added to all bar packages at a rate of 20%. 7% sales tax will be charged on all alcohol sales.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS In the event that a non-profit organization has been donated beer and/or wine, Moonhanger Catering and Events will serve that beer and/or wine, charging a fee of $250 plus $100 per bartender. Includes sodas, juices, ice, and glassware. Moonhanger Catering and Events will serve its own liquor at all events. If beer/wine is not donated, regular rates will apply.
