| https://work-to-play.glitch.me/ Our project is a transformation of an existing office into a post COVID, adaptive family-inclusive office. We envisioned a low-carbon impact family-friendly workplace that increases the health of the occupants through an air-filtering façade. The alluring dichroic laminated facade allows for a multi-use system; cross-laminated timber fins provide structural support, and other aluminum fins self-containing HVAC filtration systems bring filtered fresh air into the air supply system within the building. By carving into the existing structure, the project preserved most of the existing structures for low-carbon impact design while successfully transforming the building into a new, family-inclusive office. The new programming prioritizes children’s spaces, with a playground, childcare center, and micro play spaces distributed throughout the building; parents in the office can bring their children to work without worrying about external health exposure in these uncertain times.

02 Entertainment Resort Complex Green carpet revives the lakeside and forms the new iconic landmark in the airport surrounding. 10 Design Miami | Entertainment | SD Responsible for: Initial Massing & Planning; Design Brief Break Down; VIP Hotel Rhino Modeling; Enscape Rendering; Diagrams. To activate the waterfront and provide various entertainment around the airport district, we brought in the idea of green-carpet to create a dynamic landscape around the lake. The major programs were covered under the green carpet were also part of the security consideration. As an entertainment complex, the drop-off point became the center of the whole design. Instead of using the facade of the building to emphasize drop-off point, we considered them as part of the interior; the canopy and upside-down garden would be the new attraction for the users. A demountable house adapted to four scales events
04 Tonneau X4
Learning from Charlotte Perriand's Le Refuge Tonneau, which was inspired by a children’s fairground ride. The idea from this light and itinerant structure was the metal frame consisting of a central pole and a top reminiscent of a large umbrella with twelve spokes. Given the development of contemporary technology, the center column could be replaced by a series of load-bracing steel frames.

This project is a demountable structure related to feast events and adapted into different usage in different times, the demountable structure always gives the impression that it is referring to a temporary installation, but here the demountable does not have to be a temporary structure if it can be adapted into other use.
Manual of TonneauX4 Option1 Option3
The structure for all 4 events are starting with the same footing and floor plate, but the vertical panels are assemblies in different ways. The foldable table can be put in both interior or exterior.

05 INCU-BUS A live-working internet incubator Spring 2021 Thesis SoA Syracuse University
Incubus, a term mixed incubator and succubus, a metaphor of how this space attracts young people with its tempting appearance, while underneath is more unbridled exploitation. The company provides housing, food, facilities, and resources for workers since housing accounts for more than 50 percent of 20-30 years old young people's income. As a piece of the company's advertisement, "We would fund the ideas with a key, and the key would fit a lock in a building. In the building would be many desks and chairs, and down the hall would be many screens. They'd have a place to live, a place to work on their ideas, their payroll system would be in place. So, in 15 minutes, they would be in business working on the project. All the details would be handled." The only thing that the workers need to consider is how to produce a new internet mobile-related project that can make money for both company and themselves. There will be a system to quantify their work to win the credits; the credits will be used to get food or other consumer items. The workers will also rank as their productions to have access to better facilities and resources; they can collaborate with the other workers ranked at the same level, which means they will have a larger opportunity to win big.
This space is a heterotopia, as a sort of simultaneously mythic and real contestation of the space in which we live. (Foucult, Of Other Spaces: Utopias and Heterotopias, pg.4) An example is a casino, it is isolated from our normal world but also physically existing in the real world; it is like a replica of the real world. However, all the objects can be seen in life adapted in a different kind of rule. The world hikikomori or geeks seeking is a heterotopia; they dedicate their time to a virtual world to escape from the real world. Another example is in what we generally think of as normal, everyday, regular spaces, there are actually many small spaces that we have consciously or unconsciously planned out, saying that this is a shopping mall, that is a movie theater, etc. We can continue our daily life, eating, clothing, housing, and transportation, except for these occasional interludes of life.

Action3. Peter Of course, like everyone here, Peter is not Peter, he aspires to be as successful as Peter Thiel, so he lets everyone call him Peter. Are you a future inventor? Do you love sci-fi and want to live in scifi? Welcome to INCU-BUS! We believe that it is still possible that the young generation can be successful entrepreneurs. since the mobile internet brings more opportunities. We want to help you to conquer worlds. We take care everything for you. You'll have a place to live, a place to work on your ideas, and your payroll system will be in place. So, in 15 minutes, you will be in business working on the project. All the details will be handled. {in backgroud} Peter loves to go back to his room, and listen to these commercials. Peter needs these moments to make him motivated and actively participate in the next day's battle.Such bad luck days: the core algorithm staff of Peter's investment project died of exhaustion 3 days ago. Fortunately, the project had reached the final stage and.
Thinking of this, Peter was even a little grateful that he died at the right time, instead of three months ago. Today, when he saw that hikikomori at the funeral, Peter felt that his chance had come again. This artificial prosthesis project needs human volunteers for final stage experiment, and these people only go out because they have no enough credits to hibernate. He must need to make credit.
Peter said to himself, "This is a great place, just like the ad says, there are always opportunities.”
I believe Zhang Cheng would be very happy to know that so many friends are here.”
Jojo attended Zhang Cheng's funeral, he is still not used to calling him so formally, no one uses real name here, Zhang Cheng’s nickname is 007. Everyone thought he loved James Bond, but we do not know, if he ever read the novels. People call him 007 because he never seems to leave his desk, from 0 am to next day 0 am. 7 days a week. Luckily, the company did not use the augmented reality technique to make the ceiling drop rain falls, Jojo kept thinking, to make the term "prosthetic experiment" get out of his mind. Action2. Jojo I have no idea, how long I have not seen the outside world. These days, I only ever went as far as the hallway, dumped the trash into the corner by the elevator. Someone will remove the trash, as the company's advertising promises: all details will be handled. However, my credits are nearly used up, life like this coming to an end. It seems that someone’s funeral is coming today, and I look at the ceiling from the bed and gradually remember that it was my neighbor. His funeral should have many of his partners there, so maybe there will be an opportunity to find a job.
