MEPs will have the opportunity to learn about the work of the group and its ambitions for the current legislature.
Experience what major barriers patients in developing countries face on a daily basis trying to access medicines and quality health care and what the EU can do to help overcome them.
Interested MEPs can join the European Parliament Working Group on Innovation, Access to Medicines and Poverty-related Diseases.
Visit our exhibition and put yourself in the shoes of a patient.
The European Parliament Working Group on Innovation, Access to Medicines and Poverty-Related Diseases provides a forum for MEPs to ensure European Union’s policies facilitate better access to existing medical tools (medicines, diagnostics and vaccines) and support the development of urgently-needed health tools to fight poverty-related and neglected diseases.
