The Reserve is a 179 single-family detached finished lot community situated in the southeast hills of Hayward. TENTATIVE MAP APPLICATION SUBMITTED D.R. Horton works with best-in-class consultants to prepare an application for the project. Architects, Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Soils Engineers among others work together to prepare an application.
APPEAL PERIOD Upon receipt of Planning and/or Council approval, the public will have 90 days to appeal the projects. If the appeal period ends without appeal, the project is formally approved.
