Clubsfest II

The MSU Clubs Department held its annual ClubsFest II on January 6, 2016 as part of the wider Frost Week activities that took place on campus. Hundreds of students engaged with over 45 clubs all day to learn about their different services, programming, and ways to get involved. The event was on a smaller scale than the larger ClubsFest that takes place annually during Welcome Week, due to weather conditions. Even so, the event was a huge success.

January - February 2016

BOOKING PORTAL The Clubs Department introduced a brand-new online booking portal for Clubs to book Clubspace, adjoining rooms and the button maker this semester. This new online booking system will give clubs the opportunity to check the availability of these rooms and rentals in real-time when event planning. All clubs are now required

to book any of the above rooms and rentals by using the online booking system. Information on how to use the booking system has been sent to all clubs admins. The booking portal has been a huge success so far with clubs being able to book space and rentals more efficiently than in the past.
