Accompanied by music, the class starts with simple stationary exercises followed by larger movement phrases that will develop coordination, fine motor control, and musicality.

Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun, and be creative. As part of a dedicated passionate group of dancers you will have the opportunity to work weekly with a professional choreographer, Sara Coffin, on a contemporary dance piece. In this upbeat and fun dance class, you will explore weight sensing, momentum, and inversions (handstands) in a variety of different choreographic phrases. You will be amazed at what you can achieve in just a few weeks.
