ABOUT US
The Company MiniTec was founded on the sales of miniature linear guides. Now we also design complete machines and devices, but we kept the name MiniTec. In addition to our factories in Germany, France, UK and the US, we have customer service partners in more than 25 countries. They are in prime locations to provide consultation, on time delivery and on-site assembly.
The Production Program Our linear technique combined with the Profile System is the ideal partnership. The components work together to provide optimum performance. The modular assembly system makes it possible to manufacture to unique specifications and can be produced quickly and cost effectively.
The Quality Linear technique requires rigorous precision. Therefore we work with up-to-date machines and use the newest technologies. As quality is very important at MiniTec, we set the same high standards for all of our products, design and administrative procedures. MiniTec is certified in DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.
The Environment Our company mission stresses an active role in environmental protection and the conservation of our natural resources. As an example, we choose our service locations in close proxiwithy to our customers to avoid long transits. Our environmental management system is certified in DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.

INTRODUCTION
MiniTec CAD Support
Our CAD tools are the logical supplement to the hardware of our construction system. All planning and assembly requirements are comprehensively considered. The combination of components and software opens up the full potential for efficient, flexible, and modern machinery construction. Time is a key factor in modern and economic machine construction. The time expended for a construction affects the costs to a great extent as well as the speed of implementation. It is not unusual that the expenditure for calculation, design, operation scheduling, and assembly to amount to more than half of the total costs. The ergonomic design of all the components of our system and the ease of assembly with our powerlock fastener without drilling results in a significant saving of time. Planning and operations scheduling often offer an even greater potential for saving time. A fundamental step forward with regard to planning and avoidance of errors are our MiniTec CADmenu for AutoCAD and MiniTec iCAD design tools with more than 50 formats for all other CAD systems. The design time is reduced by more than 60% with these tools compared with conventional designing. All components are contained in 2D and 3D in the electronic catalog. Defined insertion points facilitate positioning in the drawing. Any processing and the connectors that may be required are displayed for each of the components and can be added if desired. A parts-list is automatically created in which the overmeasurements for panel elements are correctly calculated. Identie parts are summarized in a order list. The weight of the individual items and the total weight is displayed. The parts list can be generated in German, English, or French. KANBAN 00.0 SYSTEMS 064/ 0 Low inventory and loss prevention are continual challenges of series production. These goals can be reached using simple means with consumption-controlled materials handling methods according to the Kanban principle. In this, the parts required in production by the consumptive positions in the production cycle are requested by a simple Kanban card from the upstream step. Normally the card is located at the material and triggers a production order when reaching the minimum inventory. To ensure the consumption-controlled production and therefore the minimisation of inventory, no order can be started without this Kanban card.
Provision of the products is done directly at the point of consumption in so-called Kanban shelves. These shelves are equipped with inclined small roller conveyors, which transport the containers or products to the receiving station by gravity. Shelf stocking is done from the rear.
The size of the shelving is dependent on the supply at the workplace determined according to Kanban rules. So that the containers can be transported securely and protected into the shelving, the incline of the roller conveyor can be simply adjusted. Brake blades are available to prevent impact damage and are easy to install. The use of these brake blades is especially necessary for heavy weights..

RMS is a pallet transfer system based on friction rollers and designed for very high loads. Among other things, transmissions, vehicle seats or engines are assembled on these systems.
The workpiece carriers are moved over highly precise accumulator rollers, which are driven by means of a continuous tangential steel chain. The RMS specific workpiece carriers are guided by side-attached guide rollers into the line. Due to the special shape of the workpiece carrier in combination with the patented DELTA -offset, the direction changes are realised with a minimum of control and drive effort. Special covers between the rollers make the transport system accessible for service work from the interior of the system.

TRANSFERSYSTEM TSG 00.0 064/ 0 Modular - Economical - Sturdy Flexibility in production is gaining more and more importance. Fast and easy adaptation to product development and changed market demands are a decisive factor for success. The TSG transfer system is in keeping with this trend. All the advantages of our construction kit system for machine construction and the precision of our linear system are used in this system. The TSG is completely compatible with the tried and tested MiniTec profile system with workstations, protective devices, conveyor systems, handling equipment, etc. Manual stations and complex automated processes can be achieved cost-effectively with the TSG transfer system.
The TSG consists of standardized modules that can be combined in any number of ways to create tailormade systems. Robust 25 T5 timing belts with steel reinforcement allow continuous use without the need for re-tensioning. The TSG transfer systems can be supplied as modules for assembly by the customer or as ready-to-use systems including commissioning. We can also take care of the design and layout of the system in accordance with customer specifications. For simple requirements, the checklists in the appendix to this catalog can be used.
