THIS MONUMENT SEEKS TO COMMUNICATE CONNECTIVITY - THE RESORT'S DESIGN CONCEPT. THE USE OF 3 CABLES/COLUMNS TO SUSPEND THE BOULDER SYMBOLIZES THE RESULTS OF COMING TOGETHER. THE CONCEPT SEEKS TO ENCOURAGE THE DISSOLUTION OF CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE FISHERS OF THE 3 EASTERN AFRICAN COUNTRIES YIELDED BY THE LAKE VICTORIA WATERS. JUST LIKE THE LAKE VICTORIA'S LAND BREEZES THAT COME TOGETHER & YIELD ONE OF THE LARGEST STORMS ON EARTH, FISHERS CAN WORK TOGETHER & CREATE MASSIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH.
