Allah awr Rasul ki farmabardari ka naam islaam hai

ARKAAN - E – ISLAAM:- islaam kay Rukun (yani who kaam jis per Islaam ki bunyaad qayem hai ) Paanch hai. Thouheed wo Risalath yani iss baath ki gawahi dayna keh Allah yek hai awr Mohammed (Salellahu Alyhi wo Sallam) Allah kay Rasul Hai,ka Iqraar . 1) Namaaz padhna- Rozaana panch Mertaba Namaaz faraz hai. 2) Ramzaan kay Rozay rakhna:- Ramazaan kay maheenay ka Chand daykh kar Roza rakhna faraz hai. Shawwal ka Chand nikalnay thak yani puray 30 yaa 29 din Rozay rakhna faraz hai. 3) Zakaath dayna:- 40 Rupye saal bhar jamaa rahain tho saal guzarnay per yek rupya Allah kay naam musthahqeen ko dayna faraz hai. 4) Haj karna:- Agar qudrath ho tho umar bhar main yek martaba Haj faraz hai. AKHAAM – E – ISLAAM:Islaam kay ahkaam jo bandoun kay aamaal say mutaluq who yeh hain.

Faraz:- Allah ka hukum jo daleel-e-qataee say saabith ho.Iss ka munkir (inkaar karnay waala) kaafir hai.

Waajib:-Jo daleel-e-Zanni say saabith ho.Iss ka inkaar karnay waala kaafir naheen lykin bila uzar chodnay waala fasiq awr azaab ka musthahaq hai.

Sunnath:-woh kaam jis ko rasul-e-kareem sallellahu alyhi wo sallam nay kiya ho.Iss ka karnay waala sawaab paayega awr bila uzar ch-hodnay waala gunahgaar hoga.

Musthaheb:-woh kaam jis kay karnay per sawaab ho lykin na karnay per koi azaab naheen,iss ko nafil bhi kahtay hain.

Hamdu yohyee wa yumeethu

Wazu ki sunnathain:Pahley niyyath karna ,Bismillah padh kar shuroo karna ,donoun haath pahunchoun thak dhona, kulli karna ,miswaak karna, naak main paani chadhana ,Daadhi ka khilaal karna,puray sar ka masah karna, Kaanoun ka masah karna,pai der pai wazu karna keh pahela azu sookhnay na paaye, tarteeb qaayem rakhna, her dhonay waley azu ko theen bar dhona. Thayam-mum ki sunnathain:Bismillah kahena, haathoun ko zameen per marna, ungliyan khuli huwi rakhna, ziyaadah mittee lag jaaney per haathaun ko jhaadna,iss tharah keh yek haath kay angothay ki jad ko doosray haath kay angothay ki jad per marna,daadhi awr ungliyoun ka khilaal karna. NAMAAZ KA B AYAAN;Har aaqil baaligh musalmaan mard wo aurath per paanch waqthah namaaz farz –e- ayen hai . Iss ki farziyath ka inkaar kufr hai , awr iss ka bila uzar –e- sharai ch-hodna gunaah –e- ka beera hai. Yeh khaalis ibaadath –e- badni hai. Iss main nayee baath jaayez naheen hosakthi yaanay yek ki Tharf say doosra naheen padh saktha na uss kay badlay zindagi main kuch maal bathour fidyah diya ja saktha hai. Yeh deen ka sutoon hai . Iss ka qaayem rakhna deen ka qaayem rakhna hai. Bay zaroorath khankaarna awr gala saaf karna jin say yek aadh huroof bhi paida ho jaaye. Namaaz say baaher waalay shakhs ki duaa per ameen kehna. Apnay Imaam kaysiwa doosray ko luqmah dayna,yani qirath bathlaana. Quraan shareef daykh ker namaazmain padhna. Quraan shareef padhthay waqth koi sakhtj ghalthi karna. Kisi thahreer kozabaan say padh layna “Allahu Akber”kahenay main aleef ko badha ker “aakbar” kahena ya “Akber”kay “bay”ko badhaa ker “Akbaar”kahena. Baaligh aadmi ka namaaz main qaheqa maar kar hansna. Qasadan ya bhoolay say th-hodi si cheez bhi kha pee layna,albath-tha dathoun main atki huwi chanay kay baraaber ya uss say badi cheez khaayaa tho namaaz jaayegi,warna kam ho tho namaaz ho jaayegi. Aastheen ya daaman chadhaay huway namaaz padhna. Imaam ka mehraab main khada hona,lykin agar qadam mehraab kay baaher ho tho makruh naheen. Moqthadi ka apnay imaam say pahelay koi fail karna. Namaaz thodnay kay aazar:{uzar}:Saamp bich-chu,waghairah kay maarnay kay liye jab keh eaza {yani thakleef} ka andasha ho, koi jaanwar bhaag gaya ho uss kay liye,noqsaan ka khaouf ho ya doodh ubal jaayega,goashth,tharkaari, awr roati jai jaayegi. Chor koi cheez uthaa lay kar bhaaga,gaadi ch-choot rahi ho,ajnabi aurath nay ch-hu diya ho. Peshaab ya pakhanay ki shadeed haajith ho. Koi museebath zadah faryad kar raha ho. Sija-e-sahu ka bayaan:Jab namaaz ka koi waajib bhoolay say ch-hoot jaaye ya faraz ko mukar-rer {dubaara} Kiya jaaya,maslan ruku do marthaba karay,namaaz kay faraz ya waajib main ziyaadathi Ho jaaye. Maslan qaaiday awwal main thashahud kay baad durood padh lay tho sijda -eSahu laazim hai. Imaam kay sahu say maqthadi ko bhi sijda -e- sahu karna hoga .lykin Agar moqthadi say sahu hojaaye tho moqthadi ko sijda –e-sahu laazim naheen,kyunkay woh imaam kay thabay hai.Imaam sahu karnay lagay tho moqthadi “ subhaanallah” Kahekar imaam ko yaad dilaaye. Agar imaam sahu say laout aaye to bhithar ,warna moqthadi imaam kay ith-thayba karay ,aur aakhir main imaam kay saath sijda-e-sahu karay . Sijda –e- sahu kaa threeqa yeh hai keh qaaida –e- aakhir main may thashahud padh nay {aththahiyyath} drood awr duaa padh kar donoun taraf salaam phair day.


Jamaath wo imaamath ka baayaan :Namaz jamaath kay saath padhanaa wajib hai . Bilaa uzar yek baar ch-hod nay Waala gunaahgaar hai,awr thark ka aadi sakth gunahgaar wo musthahaq-e-saza hai. Jumah wo eadain may jamaath sharth hai awr tharaweeh main sunnath-e-kifaaya keh mahellay yaa gaawoon kay chand loag qaayem karli tho sob kay zimmay say saaqith ho gai,awr agar kisi nay qaayem na ki tho sob nay bura kiya .Jamaath kay saath namaaz padhnay say{27}darjay ziyaada sawaab hai. Imaam saheehul aqeeda ahl-e-sunnath wo jamaath,parhayz gaar , paaband –e-shareeath Sahee quraan padhnay waala awr namaaz wo thahaarath kay masaayel ziyaada jaan-nay Waala hona chaahiye.Baad aqeedat awr faasiq,jaise sharaabi ,zinaakaar,sood khaar,chogul khor, Daadhi mundanay ya hadd-e-shara say kam rakhnay waala kay peech-hay namaaz makruh-ethahreemi ,waajibul iaadah{dohraana} hai.Aurath ki imaamath makrooh hai. Koadhi,burs,waalay awr faalij zadah ki imaamath makrooh-e-thahreemi hai,jab keh awr koi un say behtar ho,warna naheen. Andhay ki imaamath bilaa karaahath jaayez hai jab keh woh thahaarath waghairah ka khiyaal rakhtha ho. Jin par jamaath waajib naheen:Aurath,beemaar,apaahej,langda,loola,bahoth boodha,andha. Thark –e-jamaath kay aazaar:Sakhth sardi,sakhth thareeki,{andhayra},sakhth barish raasthay main shadeed keechad Aandhi,chori honay ka khouf,kisi dushman ya zaalim ka khouf ,pakhanay ,peshaab ki shadeed haajath,bhook ki haalath nay khaana saamnay aajaana,thimaar daari, in sob surthoun main thandurusth logoun ko bhi thark –e-jamaath ki ijaazath hai Namaaz –e-jumah:Jumah ki namaaz farz –e-ayen hai.Iss ki farziyath zohar say zyaada mo-akkid hai awr iss ka munkir {inkaar karnay waala} kaafir hai.Jumah ki namaaz zohar kay qaayem muqaam hai awr iska waqt wohi hai jo zohar ka hai. Sharaayath-e-jumah:Jumah ki namaaz kay liye chand shartien hain keh un ka hona zaroori hai . Agar yek sharath bhi mafqood{ghaayeb}huwi toh jumah na hoga.Jis jagah koi sharath mafqood ho wahaan zohar ki namaaz padhi jayegi .[1]Shaher ho ya shaher kay qaayem –moqaam woh gaon ho jo apni ilaqe may markazi haysiyath rakhtha ho .[2]Waqt zohar ka ho .[3]Namaaz say pahlay khuthbah ho .[4]Jamaath ho keh bilaa jamaath jumah naa hoga.[5]aam ijazath ho. Jin par jumah farz hai:Har musalmaan mard jo aazaad ,baaligh ,aaqil mard,thandrusth awr moqeem hai ,uss par jumah


faraz hai. Jin par jumah faraz naheen:Aurath,ghulaam wo qaidi, naa baaligh, maqboothul hawaas {paagal},beemar,apaahej,thimaar daar,musaafir,jis ko kisi ka khouf ho, jis ko kisi noqsaan ka saheeh andysha ho,un per jumah faraz naheen. Haan agar musaafir,mareez awr aurthyen namaaz main shareek ho jaayen tho un ki namaaz durusth hogi,awr Zohar un kay zimmay say saaqith ho jaayegi. Zaroori masaayel:Jo cheezyen namaaz main haraam hain woh khuthbay main bhi haraam hain,masalan khaana,peena,salaam wo kalaam {bath karna} waghaira karna yahaan thak keh amer bil maaroof yani naiki ka hukum karna,sob haazereen per khuthbah sun-na awr chup rehena faraz hai,haan, khateeb {khuthbah daynay waala} amer bil maaroof kar saktha hai. Khatheeb nay koi duaaiah kalima kaha tho sumameen {sun nay waalay} ko haath uthaana ya aameen kahena mana hai. Do khuthboun kay darmiyaan baghair haath uthaye dil main naik duaa karna jaayez hai. Namaaz-e-Eadian:Eadin ki namaaz wajjib hai. Sob per naheen bulkeh un hee per jin per jumah faraz hai,awr uss ki ada ki wohi sharthayen hain jo jumah kay liye hain. Sirf ithna farq hai keh jumah main khuthbah sharth hai awr Eadain main sunnath.In donoun namaazoun kaa waqth suraj kay ba-qadr-e-yek nayzah buland honay say lay kar zawaal thk hai,magar Eadul fither main kuch dair karna awr Eaduz-zoha main jaldi karna musthaheb hai. In namaazoun say pahelay azzan wo aqaamath naheen hai, In donuonnamaazoun kay adaa karnay ka thareeqa yek hee hai. Thareeqa Namaaz-e-Eadain:Pahlay[ “Inni wajjahthu wajihiya lillazi.......�] padh kar niyyath karain. Do rakath namaz-e-eadul fither ya eaduz-zoha wajib maye zaayed. [6] Thakbeeroun kay phir thakbeer-e-thahreema {Allahu Akber} kah kar haath bandh lain awr sanaa padhay,iss kay baad imaam zoar say, moqthadi aahistha say then baar thakbeerain kahay. In theen thakbeeroun main pahlay do thakbeeroun ko haath kanoun thak utha kar neechay giradain ,awr theesri thakbeer ko kanoun thak utha kar haath naaf kay neechay baandh lain,phir imaam buland aawaz say sur-e-Fathiha awr koi surath padhkar ruku main janay say pahlay imaam wo moqthdi haath utha kar theen thakbeerain kah kar baar haath cho-hod dain awr chouthi thakbeer kahthay waqth haath kanoun thak na uthain balkay ruku main jaye awr qaaiday kay muthabiq namaaz puri karain . Iss kay baad khuthba padhay. Ead kay musthahebath:Hajamath banwana,nakhun tarash wana;miswak woghusul karna,ach-chay kapday pahenna,khushbu lagana,eadagh ko paidal jana,raasthay main thakbeer kahthay huway jana, dusray say wapis aana,eadul fither main namaaz say pahlay sadqa-e-fither ada karna,awr koi meethi cheez khana, aapas main milna ,musafa wo moaaniqa karna, awr mubarak baad dayna. Nawween Zilhaj ki Fajar say therween ki Asar thak har namaaz kay fouran baad yehi thakbeer yek baar kahna wajib awr theen marthba kahna afzal hai. Isay thakbeer-e-thashreeq kahthay hain. Namaaz-e-janaza:Janaazay ki namaaz farz-e-kifaya hai. Farz-e-kifaya ka mathlab yeh hai keh agar chand aadmi bhi padh lain tho sob barizu-zimma hogaya,warna sob gunahgar hungay.Jin ko khabar pahonchi thi awr naheen aaye un kay liye jamaayh sharth naheen,yek aadmi bhi padh lay tho faraz ada hogaya. Iss kay do ruku haun,chaar baar thakbeer kahna,khaday ho kar padhna,awr iss ki theen sunnathain hain. Allah ki hamd wa sana karna. Naba sallellahu alyhi wo sallam per drood padhna,mayyath kayliye duaa karna. Mayyath say murad woh hai jo zinda paida huwa phir margaya. Jo mara huwa paida huwa uss ki namaaz naheen. Neez myyath ka saamnay hona zaruri hai. Ghayeb ki namaaz naheen,agar kai mayyyathain jama hojayen tho sob kay liye yek hi namaaz kaafi hai, sob ki niyyath kar lay awr alaaihida alaahida padhay tho afzal hai. Namaaz-e-janazay ka thareeqa:Pahlay niyath kar kay imaam wo moqthadi kaanoun thak haath uthayen awr Allahu Akber kahthay huway naaf kay neechay bandh lay awr sana padh hain “Wa tha-aala jadduka” kay baad “Wa jalla sanaauka wa laailaha ghairuka” padhain,phir bagair haath uthay thakbeer kahain awr wohi namaaz wala durood padhain,phir baghair haath uthaye thakbeer kahain awr duaa padhain. Moqthadi thakbeerain aahistha kahay awr imaam zoar say. Baaligh mard wo aurath ki duaa:Allahum-maghfir li hayyinaa

Wo mayyithinna wo shaahidinaa

zinda awr murdah awr haazir wo

Wo ghaaibinaa wo sagheerinaa

awr aurath ko,Ya Allah jis ko thoo

Unsaanaa, Allahumma man

ahyaithahu minna fa-ahyehi alal

islaam wa man thawaf-fythahu

minna fatha waffahu alal Eamaan.

liye ajar wo zakheera banaday awr iss ko hamaray liye sifarish karnay wali bana day,awr woh jis ki sifarish manzur hojaye.

Duaa kay baad thakbeer kah kar dounoun tharaf salaam phair dain. Janazay ko kandha dayna ibadath awr bahoth ajar wo sawaab hai. Yeh jo awaam main mashhur hai keh shouhar apni beewi kay janazay ko na kandha day saktha hai na qaber main uther saktha hai, na munh daykh saktha hai,mahez ghalath hai, sirf nehlaanay awr bila haayel badan ko haath laganay ki mumaniath hai. Aurath apnay shour ko ghusul day sakti hai, jab keh koi mard ghusul dayny wala na ho. Beemar ki namaaz ka bayan:Musalman kayliye namaaz yek aysa faraz hai jis ka kisi halath main therk [ch-hodna] naheen karna chahiye,jab thak uss main khaday ho kar padh nay ki thaqath ho,khaday ho kar padhay awr kisi uzar ya beemari ki wajhay say khada na ho sakay tho baith kar padhay,awr baith kar bhi na padh sake tho late kar padhay arw sar kay isharay say ruku wo sujud karay, awr sijday kay liye ruku kay say ziyada jhukay. Gharz jin arkaam ki qudrath ho un ko ada karay,awr jin kay ada karnay ki qudrath na ho un ko isharay say ya jis tharah mumkin ho ada karay. Late kar namaaz padhnay ki surath main behther yeh hai keh chith latay pawoon qiblay ki tharaf karay awr sar kay isharay say namaaz padhy, ya karwat per latay awr munh qiblay ki tharaf karay,lykin pahli surath behther hai. Agar koi shakhs namaaz ki halath main beemar ho jaaye awr khada na ho sakay tho baith kar namaaz puri karay. Isee tharha beemari ki halath main jo shakhs baith kar namaaz padh rahaa ho awr namaaz main woh ach-cha ho jaaye tho khada ho kar namaaz puri karay. Agar koi aysee beemari ho jis main wazu kar kay namaaz padhnay say zarer [thakleef] pohonchtha ho tho wazu kay bajaay thayam-mum kar kay namaaz padhay,ya kisi mareez main khud thayam-mum kar nay ki qudrath na ho tho dusra shaks uss ko


thyam-mum kara day. Namaaz-e-musaafir:Musafir woh shaka hai jo [60] mee[100]kilometer] kay safar kay iraday say apni basthi say baher nikal chukka ho,uss per wajib hai keh sirf faraz namaaz main khasar karay yani chaar rakath waali faraz ko do padhay. Uss kay haq main do hi rakathain puri namaaz hai. Agar sahwan ya qasadan chaar padhay awr do kay baad qaaida karay tho faraz ada ho jaayengay awr pich-hli do rakathin nafil ho jaayengay. Magar qaasdan chaar padhnay waala sakhth gunahgaar hai. Iss per thouba laazmi hai. Agar musaafir shakhs ko kisi moqeem ki iqtheda karnay say moqthadi musaafir kay zimmay bhi chaaroun rakathain faraz ho jaathi hain,iss liye chaaroun rakathain padhni chaahiyen,awr agar imaam musaafir ho awr moqthadi moqeem ho tho yeh hukum hai keh musafir imaam apni do rakathain puri kar kay salaam phair day awr salaam phairnay kay baad kahday keh thum apni namaaz puri kar lo. Myen musafir hun,moqthadiyoun ko chaahiye keh baghair salaam phairay khaday hojaayen awr apni apni do rakathain puri kar lai,lykin in donoun rakathoun main Alhamd awr koi surath na padhain.awr agar koi sahu hojaaye tho sijda-e-sahu bhi na karain. Musafir jab thak wapis apni basthi main na aaye musafir hai,awr jis basthi main jaaye aar wahan [15] din se kam rahnay ki niyyath ho tho khaser padhay,agar [15] din say ziyadah rahnay ki niyyath ho tho puri namaaz padhay. Khaser sirf chaar rakath waalay farzoun main hai,wither awr maghrib kay theen rakath main khaser naheen hai. Musafir fajar ki sunnathoun ko thark na karay,awr Maghrib ki sunnthoun ka bhi thark na karna behther hai awr baaqi sunnathoun kay thark ka ikhthiyaar hai,magar behther yeh hai agar ithminaan na ho tho na padhay warna padhlay. Namaaz-e-isthikhaarah:-

Musalmaan jab koi kaam karnay ka iradah karay tho pahlay “Allahuthaala�say iss kaam main mashwirah lay lay. Iss mashwira laynay ko Isthikhaara kahthay hain. Nabi-e-kareem sllellahu alyhi wo sallam nay farmaaya keh apnay kamoun main Allahuthaala say mashwirah na layna bad-bakhthi awr kam naseebi hai. Jab koi shakhs biyah {shadi} karay,thijaarath karay,safer karay ya aysa hi koi kaam karay . inshaa Allah Isthikhary kay baad kaam karnay say pashaymani [pachthaawa] na hogi. Isthikhara namaaz ki thakeeb yeh hai keh pahlay do rakath namaaz nafil hasb-e-mamul padhay awr phir yeh dua padhay. Allahumma inni asthakhairuka bi-

ilmika wa asthaqdiruka bi-qudrathika

chahtha hun,awr theri qudrath kay

wa as-aluka min fazlikal Azeem, fa-

zarayay thujh say qudrath chaahtha hun

innaka thaqdiru wa laa aqdiru wa

awr thujh say thera fazl-e-azeem

thaalamu walaa aalamu wa antha

maangtha hun kyunkay thu hi qudrath

allamulghuyub. Allahumma in

rakhth hai awr mayebn qudrath

kuntha thaalamu anna haazal amri

naheen rakhtha , thu sob kuch jaantha


khairul lee fee deeni wa ma.-aashi wa

hai awr mayen naheen jaantha,awr

aaqibatjo amri faqdddirhu lee wa

thu thamaam ghayeb ki baathoun ko

yasssirhu lee summa b aarik lee fee hi,

jaantha hai. Ya allah agar thu jaantha hai

Wa in kuntha thaalmu anna hazal

amri sharrul lee fee deeni wa maaashi wa aaqibathi amri fasrifu anni

kaam ko bayan karay yaa dil main uss ka khiyal rakhay} mayray liya behther hai tho iss ko

wasrifnee anhu waqdirliyal khaira

Magar Allah nay iss ko ibaadath he qaraar diya hai,chunanchay irshaad-e-Ilahi hai. (17) Wa-yaabudoona min doounillahi maa laa yazuru-hum wa laa yanfaohum wa yaqooloona haa-ulaai shufaaunaa indallah, qul athunabbiu-nallaha bimaa laa yaalmu fis-smaawaathi walaa-fil arzi subhaanahu wa tha-ala amma yushrikoon. (Soor-e-Younus 18)

(17) Allah kay siwa un loagaun ki ibaadath karthay hain jin kay khthiyar main na naafa hai na noqsaan,awr kahethay hai keh yeh buzurg Allah kay pass hamaari sifaarish karnay waalay hain.(aye paighamber)aap puchchiye un loagaun say keh yeh jo thum kah rahay ho tho kya Allah he ko yaik iysee nai baath ki khaber day rahay ho,keh jis ka wajood na zameen main hai,na aasmaan main,haalankeh Allahu-tha-laa un kay shirk Say paak hai.

(19) Innamaa harrama alykumul maithatha wad-dama wa lahmal khinzeeri wa maa uohilla bihe lighairllah. (Soor-e-Al-Baqarah)

(19) Allah nay tho thum par haraam kiya hai, murdaar awr khoon,awr khinzeer (Suwar) ka goashth, awr har woh cheez (chahay woh shakar ho, mithaai ho, khana ho, bakra ho yaa muragh) jo ghairullah(peer paighamber) kay naamzad kiya gayaa ho,haraam hai.

Yeh baath soor-e-Almaaidah 3, Al-Anaam 146, An-Nahel 115 main bhi farmaai gai hai. Mushrik (Shirk karnay wala) ki bakhshish naheen,jyesaa kay irshaad-e-ilaahi hai. (20) Innallaha laayaghfiru ayen yushraka bihe wa yaghfiru maa doona zaalika limayen yashaa-awa mayen yushrik bilahi faqad zalla zalaalam baeeda. (Soor-e-An-Nisaa, 116.48)

(20) Bayshak Allahuthaala uss gunah ko naheen bakhshayga keh kisi ko uss ka shareek banayaa jaye,awr iss kay siwa awr gunah jis ko chahay maaf karday awr jis nay Allah ka sharek moqarrer kiya uss nay badi door ki gumrahi main ja padaa.

Shirk ka anjaam abadi (hamaisha) jahannum hai,jaysaa keh irshaad-e-ilahi hai, (21) Innahu mayen yushrik billahi faqad harramallahu alayhil jannatha wa maa wa hun-naar. (Soor-e-al-Maeedah 72)

(21) Jo shakhs Allauthaalaa kay saath shirk karayga, Allah uss par jannath ko haraam kardaygaa awr uss kaa thikaanaa doazakh hai.

Jis tharah insaan ki gheerath iss ko bardashth naheen kar sakthi keh koi shahks uss ki beevi par dasthdraazi karay awr uss ki beevi main uss ka shareek ho. Iss tharah Allah ki gheerath ko bhi yeh gawaraa naheen keh uss kay banday uss ki bandagi main awr ibaadath main kisi ko shareek thairaayen. Allah inthehaai gheerath waalaa hai. Shirk ko woh kisi qeemath par gawara naheen

(1) Amaanath main khiyaanath karnaa. (2) Baath karay tho jhoot bolnaa. (3) Waaidah khilaafi karna. (4) Ladaai jhagday kay waqth gaaliyan baknaa.

Munafiq kay anjaam ko Allahuthaalaa Quraan main iss tharhay bayaan kiya hai.

(2) Innal munaafiqeena fid-darkil Asfali minan-naar.

(2) Bila shubah munafiqeen dozakh kay sab say Neechay thabqay main jaaingay..

(6) Jis gaawoon main Ead ki namaaz na hothi ho wahaan kay loag dasween thaareekh Sooraj nikhalthay hi qurbaani kar sakthay hain. (7) Qurbaani din kay waqth karnaa chahiye, raath main karna makruh hai. (8) Agar in thaareekhoun main kisi wajeh say qurbaani na keegai ho tho qurbaani ka Jaanwar khairath kardain (Agar khareeda na ho tho uss ki qeemath khairaath karday). (9) Qurbaani kay liye yeh jaanwar makhsoos hain; Bakra, Bakree, Mainda, Bhaid, Bail, Gaaye, Khulgaa, Bhains, Uoont awr Uoontni.In jaanwaroun kay siwa doosray jaanwaroun Ki qurbaani saheeh naheen. (10) Bakra, Bakree, Mainda, Bhaid ki umar yaik yaik saal ho. Bail, Gaaye, Khulga, bhains Ki umar do do saal ho awr Uoont, Uoontni ki umar paanch paanch saal ki honi chahiye, iss Say kam umar kay jaanwar qurbaani kay qaabil naheen. (12) Bakra, Bakri, Mainda, waghairah in main say koi ho sirf yaik shakhs ki tharaf say Yaik jaanwar hona chahiye awr Bail, Gaaye, Khulga, Bhains, Uoont awr Uoontni in may Koi ho (7) saath aadmiyoun ki tharaf say yaik jaanwar diyaa jaa saktha hai, yaani (7) saath Aadmi thak shareek ho kar yaik Bail, Gaaye waghairah qurbaani dayen tho durusth hai, Basharthay keh sab ki niyyath qurbaani ki ho awr saathoun aadmi baraaber saathwan Hissa qeemath ka adaa karay, awr sab jaanwar ki khareedi kay waqth shareek hon ( saathoun Aadmiyoun ka jaanwar khareedi kay waqth shareek hona musthahab wo afzal hai), lykin Agar koi shakhs qurbaani ki niyyath say jaanwar khareeday uss kay baad awr kuch shakhs Qurbaani ki niyyath kar kay shareek ho tho bhi saheeh hai. (13) Qurbaani kaa goashth braaber braaber thaqseem karlain. Agar kisi yaik nay bhi Qurbaani ki niyyath naheen ki bulkay goashth khoonay yaa baychnay ki yaa kisi nay bhi Qeemath braaber adaa naheen ki bulkeh kam adaa ki, yaa koi yaik bhi jaanwar ki khareedi Kay waqth shareek naheen huwa yaa baham ( aapas main) goashth baraaber thaqseem Naheen karliyaa tho phir kisi ki bhi qurbaani durusth na hogi. (14) Qurbaani kay jaanwar ko zubah karnay kaa wohee thareeqah jo aam jaanwaroun kay Zubah karnay kaa hai. Qurbaani kay jaanwar ko khud saheb-e-qurbaani (jis ki tharaf say Qurbaani dee jaarahi hai) ka zubah karnaa musthahab hai. Agar khud ach-chi tharha zubah Na kar sakay tho kisi awr say zubah karaaye lykin zubaah kay waqth saamnay rahay, Zubah kay waqth yeh duaa padhay.


“Allahumma haazehil azhiyyathu

“Aye Allah yeh qurbaani mayri tharaf say qubool

Thaqabbal minni kamaa thaqabbal

farmaa jysaa keh qubool kiya thoonay

Tha min Ibraaheem-e- khaleelika

Ibraaheem khaleelullah say, awr nabiy-e-

Wa min Mohammedin nabbiyaka

Mohammed Sallelahu alyhi wa sallam say,

Alykimus-salathu was salaamu.”

Rahemath wo Salamaathi ho un donoun per”.

Keh kar zubah karday agar awr shakhs zubah karay tho “thaqabbal minni” kay bajaaye Sahebe qurbaani (jis ki tharaf say qurbaani dee jaarahi hai) awr uss kay baap ka naam lay. Yaani aysaa kahay “Thaqabbal min falaan ibne falaam”. (15) Qurbaaqni ki zubah kay mamnooaath wo makroohath bhi wohi hain jo aam jaanwaroun Kay zubah kay hain. Albath-tha qurbaani kay jaanwar say (Qurbaani say pahelay) faaidah Haasil karna, maslan uss kaa doodh dhonaa, yaa uss par boajh laadnaa, yaa sawaar hona, Uss ko kiraaye per daynaa makrooh hai. (16) Qurbaani kay goshth kay theen (3) hissay kiye jaayen un main say yaik hissa Mohthaajoun awr faqeeroun ko khairaath karday, doosraa hissa azeez awr padoosioun Main thaqseem kardain, awr theesra hissa khud (apnay ghar walloye) isthemaal karain. Rishthedaaroun awr padoosiyoun ko kach-cha goashth thaqseem karain yaa pakaa kar Khilaayen awr apna hissa usee waqth isthemaal karain yaa khushk (sukakar) karkay uthaa Rakh-khain. Donou soorthain jaayez hain. (17) Agar qurbaani nazar maanay kay baad kee gai ho tho, phir uss kay goashth ka Isthemaal khud karnaa yaa uss ko rishtay daaroun awr padoasiyoun main thaqseem karnaa Durusth naheen. Kyoun keh nazar main sadquah laazim hai pus pooraa goashth khairath kardain.


(18) Shirkath ki soorath main sob shurakaa qurbaani ka goashth andaazay say naheen Bulkeh thoal kar baraaber baraaber thaqseem karlain. Han goashth kay saath woajdi awr Siray paaye kay tukday bhi shaamil hon. Iss soorath main andaazay say bhi hissay karnaa Jaayez hai. (19) Qurbaani ki khaal kisi ko khairaath kardain yaa froakhth (bayeh) karkay iss kai Qeemath sadquah daydain yaa ghar kay isthemaal main rakh-khain (Maslan Doal, Mashak, Waghairah banaa lain.) lykin qassab ko ujrath main na dain. (20) Qurbaani ka goashth yaa khaal qassab ko daynaa durusth naheen.

Aqeeqay kay masaayel:-

(1) (Isthelah-e-sharaa main) bach-chah paida honay kay baad (uss kay sar say baal uthaar Kay) jo bakraa zubah kiya jaatha hai uss ko Aqeeqah kahthay hain. (2) Aqeeqah karnaa musthahab hai. (3) Aqeeqah paidayesh say saathwen din karna chahiye.Agar saathween din na ho sakay Tho choudhwain yaa yekkeeswain din yaa jab mumkin ho karain lykin saathwain din ka Lehaaz rakh-khain. Iss kay liye umer ki koi qaid naheen, albath-tha saathwain din say qabl Karnaa durusth naheen. (4) Ladkee kaa aqeeqah yaik bakray say awr ladkay kaa do (2) bakroun say karnaa chahiye. Agar kisi main do (2) bakroun ki qudrath na ho tho yaik bakra bhi kafi hai. (5) Aqeeay ka bakra yaik baras ki umer say yaa aybdar naheen hona chahiye jo sharaayeth wo awsaaf qurbaani kay jaanwar main zaroori hain wohi aqeeqay kay jaanwar main honi zaroori hai.Aqeeqay kay jaanwar main”Ner” wo “maadah” ki koi khusoosiyath naheen. (6) Aqeeqay ka jaanwar bach-chay kaa baap khud zubah karay tho behthar hai, warna chichaa,daadaa yaa jo chahay karay. Zubah kay waqth duaa padhay. “Allahumma haazehi aqeequthu

Thaqabbalhaa minni wajalahaa

Fidaa-al li-ibni minan-naar.” Iss kay baad “Bismillahi Allahu Akber.”

Allah kay naam say, Allah bauth badaa hai.

Agar ladkay kaa baap aap zubah karay tho lafzan yeh duaa padhay, albath-tha lafze Flaan ki jagay ladkay kaa naam lay awr ladki ho tho “ibni” ki bajaaye “binthi” kahay,awr Muzakkar zameeroun ki jagay mounas zameerain kahetha jaaye Awr agar koi awr shakhs Zubah karay tho ibni falan ki jagay ibnay flan kahay (yaani bach-chay ka awr bach-chay Kay baap ka naam lay) awr thaqabbalahaa minni ki jagay thaqabbalahaa minhu awr fidaaAl li -ibni kay bajaaye fida-an li-ibnay hi awr ladki kay liye binthi ki bajaaye binthi falaan Kahay awr mounnas zameerain isthemaal karay. Qurbaani awr aqeeqah Donoo kaa hukum yeksaan hai jis tharhay qurbaani kaa goashth saaheb-e-qurbaani Khaasaktha hai usee tharhay aqeeqay kaa goashth,maan,baap,nana,nani,daadaa,daadi Sob khaa sakthay hain (koi sharai mumaaniath naheen) (9) Aqeeqay ki khaa kisi faqeer ko khairaath karain yaa ghar kay isthemaal main rakh Lain.


(10) Aqeeqay kay goashth yaa khaal kaa qassab ko ujrath main daynaa durusth naheen. (11) Aqeeqay ki haddiyan thoodnay ki sharai koi mumaniath naheen (pas goashth kay Kaatnay main haddi na toatnay ki riaayath zaroori naheen.). (12) Aqeeqay ki khaal yaa saray payoun kaa dafan krnaa durusth naheen. Buray naam rakhnaa manaa hai. Nabi-e-Kareem Sallallahu Alyhi Wasallam nay Aksar buray naam badal diye awr un ki jagay ach-chay naam rakh-khay hain . Musalmaanoun ko chahiye keh awwal tho buraa naam na rakh-khay awr jo rakh diye hon Woh fouran badal dain. Ahle Eamaan ko chahiye keh zindagi kay har shoabay main Allah wo Rasool ki Itha-ath karain jysaa kay khud Allah ka mathaalibaa hai.

Thaareef Allah kaa raasthah hai. (11) fas-thamsik bil-lazee uoohiyaa Ilayka innaka alaa siraathim Musthaqeem. Wa innahu la-zikrulLaka wa liqoumika wa saufa thus Aloon. (soor-e-Az-Zukhruf 43 )
