Our architectural vision for the building, oriented to capture the enchanting northeast views, prioritizes the preservation of venerable old trees. Green ribbon as a protective buffer against road and factory noise, leveraging the natural contours of the landscape for sustainable and serene integration into the environment. The building is thoughtfully zoned into distinct blocks based on their functions, each strategically scattered across various levels in harmony with the natural contour of the terrain, fostering an organic and functional integration with the landscape. To create a cohesive and interconnected structure, individual blocks situated on different levels are ingeniously linked at various floor levels, seamlessly uniting the entire building while maximizing functionality and accessibility.
