Program beneficiaries have learned all of the skills required for them to assemble basic commercial garments: uniforms, skirts, pants, and shirts. These newly learned skills will allow them to become self-sufficient and to have a better quality of life through the commercialization of their products.

At Mujeres Autosustentables, we emphasize the value of teamwork and unity at all of our training sessions. By promoting these values the beneficiaries will be more inclined to work together in starting community workshops, which will help increase the productivity of their business while stimulating them individually to improve their own skills.

Thanks to the training session the beneficiaries will have the security and ability to offer their services in their communities; and with the follow-up sessions they will continue to perfect their skills thus enabling them to start their own workshops and hire the new program beneficiaries that will be trained in the neighboring communities as well.
