The purpose behind this porfolio is to exhibit an assortment of work I have created amid my preparaion as a student of architecture and some from my professional experience not only to demonstrate my skills but also to share my voyage with architecture from the earliest staring point. It’s not just a profile of works; it’s more like a expression of my reasoning, thinking and philosophy. During this adventure I experienced numerous ime frames, purposely isolated my works as per that frames, maturity, level of vastness in thinking and stages of understanding them. I infer that it is not just the simply composiional outline part which fascinates me addiionally the knowledge that an architect needs to obtain with a specific end goal to execute as one.

Sprouing from the understaing of a typical village layout that is signature to the country’s green landscape. The main house congregates around a common interacion space or “Uthan”. Service blocks are kept separate and send to the back of the house, with spaces to and from acing as social acivity corridors. It is this paradigm that is translated into a modular design for the Rural Community Center where using local and readily available materials, skilled labor present in the vicinity would be able to produce a design that is efficient and resonates to all necessary climaic needs of the region and also facilitates a soothing ambiance with ample venilaion means.

Bamboo itself has a lot of advantages using it for building houses, it is a cheap, easy to get and locally available material. Fast growing material with excellent staisics according to the mechanical properies

Fine handwork rattan connection

Connection with a steel tension clamp

Traditional scaffolding

INTERPRETATION OF A MEMORY The village is where the mind runs free. The mind and heart is at one with the nature, and it’s intricacies. The village is where the memory remains the most vivid and most

inspired.

Hospital is a highly funcional and directly related to the people’s life and death. The focus of the design derived from three fundamental departments of a hospital OPD (outpaient department), OT - pathology and IPD (Indoor paient department) and their connecion between them. Two natural water body placed in such a way that will help to get venilaion and lighing through the hospital. Closed and secured funcions like x ray and OT are placed in west side of site. Periphery circulaion provides uninterupted environment which is necessary for hospital.

Landscaping plays the most effecive role in design when we talk about a place where mental and physical rest is needed. Two seperate walking trails with siing and children play zone around the natural waterbody has introduced to make a homely place. Layer of massing and north-south orientaion of the building provides sufficent veniliion and lighing.

Choosing school as a thesis topic as being an architect, I wanted to contribute in naion building. To me designing new buildings is not something that will help my country to stand among other developing naions. I rather chose working with the roots, children who will fabricate the country and our future as well. At the point when in a poor ground breaking strategy, we atempt to manage our fundamental needs by removing some passive essenial things considering it to be cost cuing, because of our lack of awareness we surely shut the huge entryways of advancement. The fundamental concern of this project was managing the essenial advancement needs, with provided small amount of land and other faciliies for a tremendous mass

An 1.5 acre of land for school site in pallabi Dhaka, Total number of student is 1500 (Pre-class to class- XII). The populaion of pallabi is almost 412217 with an area 25.28 sqkm and this number is increasing because of housing and new development of residenial area where single or two storied buildings are transforming into six-ten storied b u i l d i n g s

Learning environment is the fundamental right and an inevitable element for the child’s overall development and has direct impact on psychological, physical and social wellbeing. Due to land scarcity and unplanned urban growth both government and private sectors are unable to provide suďŹƒcient area of land for school and college. So passive learning space of school such as play grounds, explore zone, experimental area, creaive thinking, gathering and break out space are being lost day by day.

With Dhaka evolving into a megacity at horrendous speed, and welcoming a mass of people everyday housing has become a crucial architectural enity that is adaping to an array of social and contemporary issues. Rupayan Utara City is an answer to such addresses, ushering in a new trend in social h o u s i n g . The housing accommodates housing for schools, mosque and other ameniies necessary for sustaining a comfortable standard of living. The buildings are grouped in two separate communes, named Nirvana and Rosarie. Both secions comprise of apartment blocks encircling lavish courtyards. These courtyards spread out and merge into creaing social acivity spaces for the residents, in addiion also creaing breathing spaces amidst an organized layer of soaring heights.

The apartments are clustered in sets of and 2, 3 and in some 4 unit typologies grouped together around individual common spaces. The building orientaions in the site allowed for a design that incorporated a contemporary look with inviingly large openings allowing for ample inow of light and venilaion. The massing and eventual outlook of the design was a result of experimening and creaing a coherence amongst layers of planes deďŹ ned by contrasing materials and an interlocking of geometrically ideal blocks. The housing adds a fresh perspecive to the genre of such projects in the current architectural scene by providing a comprehensive approach to the design that includes sensibility and ingenuity in the eventual o u t c o m e .

To make it his own place I worked more on the manager. Two curve textured walls designed to guide

know in which part he is in the house. To guide him outside the house the ampliďŹ ed exteriors with dierent textures extends towards the nature.

I separated capaciies in two structures, eastern wing comprise the bed room and study. Then again west wing, which is smaller than the east wing holds the services. I kept the form north south oriented to provide natural venilaion and decided to work with curve textured surfaces as I observed it to be suitable as the smooth and idenical direcion of his home.

Open Architectural Compeiion Liberaion war memorial Individual Project . 2015 The University of dhaka has taken an iniiaive to construct the Dhaka Bishwa Biddalay Swadhinata Srity Shoudha( Liberaion war memorial) The compeiion was based on the sacrifice of freedom fighters of Liberaion war in this country in 1971.

MASTER PLAN Strong Axis with circular interacion zone provide a sense of symmetric and unity of freedom fighters. Curved walls are the walking gallery which will work as a message wall and lead the visitors towards the tower.

46-47

The basic plan was to design the master plan which is to create an environment for the young generaion. 71 feet tall tower provides the boldness and dignity of the freedomfighter. The cracks are the representaion of their sacrifices. This generaion are the leader of a naion. My plan was to give the message of freedom fighters to our teachers, students, stuffs & young adults. They sacrificed their own lives to establish a mother language and a free country for future generaion. Our new generaion will understand their duty, passion and responsibiliies for the country.
