DONATING YOUR FAMILY DEPOSIT

All new families are required to deposit $20,000 per family in the form of a non-interest bearing loan, known as a ‘family deposit’, to Mulgrave School. The deposits currently collected provide funds for the redemption of previously issued bonds/deposits from families graduating, moving away from the area and leaving the school. The $20,000 deposit is returned in the fall after the last child from the family no longer attends Mulgrave.

You have the option to donate a portion or all of your family deposit during your family’s time at Mulgrave. Such a donation is tax deductible. This gift to Mulgrave School is greatly appreciated and enables us to continue to invest in our students into the future. This is a popular way for families to donate to the school, especially as it requires no additional cash outflow.
