Guests

Dear Mulgrave Families,

After months of planning and hard work, the Best of Prom Gala is finally here. We’re bringing you all back in time (or should we say back to the future?!) for an incredible, nostalgic night full of revelry.

Attending our gala is a chance to celebrate our amazing community. It’s a wonderful way to connect with other families, school leadership, board members, and teachers. Coming together also gives us the opportunity to help raise funds for a great cause. All proceeds from tonight will be directed toward Mulgrave’s Financial Assistance Programme, and will help deserving students receive an exceptional education at our school. None of it would be possible without your kindness and generosity - so thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Mulgrave strives to be diverse, inclusive, and welcoming. It is evident that by being our guest this evening, you share these same values, and have taken these values to heart. Mulgravians don’t just wanna have fun - we want to make the world a better place, too.

Don’t stop believing in all the good that we can achieve here tonight!

Sincerely,

Your Gala Co-Chairs

Natasha Bak, Elnaz Ghandchi, and Echo Wu

Tonight, we celebrate on the stolen, ancestral lands of the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish Nations of the Coast Salish Peoples. As we honour our community, and uplift and take care of one another, we encourage you to take a moment to recognise these values, which have been practiced by Indigenous communities on this land since time immemorial. May this gathering be a chance for us to forge new relationships, strengthen bonds, and reflect upon the opportunities - and corresponding responsibilities - that have been given to us.
