The Florence Residences mega project and boutique Nyon preview

This weekend (Feb 16-17) marked the preview of two developments: the mega 1,410unit The Florence Residences by Logan Property and the boutique development, the 92unit Nyon by Aurum Land. Both projects attract different audiences. The Florence Residences, located within the Kovan area, is situated within proximity to two MRT stations: of a six-minute walk from the near future Hougang MRT Interchange Station on the Cross Island Line and an eightminute walk from the Kovan MRT Station. The project, which contains a mixture of one- to five-bedroom types, drew close to 4,000 visitors by 7pm on Sunday, Feb 17.
