CEDAR-Plank SMOOTH-Plank Siding solution MATERIAL The Cedar-Plank has a natural cedar look and a soft texture. The Smooth-Plank has a very nice smooth clean look. Our Siding enhances and protects homes in all kinds of climates. Produced from strong fibre cement, with a wood structure or smooth, free of asbestos, it has a very durable and maintenance free surface. The Siding is ICC-ES certificated to ICC-ES AC 90 norms for fibre cement.
BASE COLOUR – NANO COATING The base colour of the board is natural dyed grey for DIY painting. Or factory Nano coating technology applied, which back reflect the Solar heat from 50% to 69% (white colour best). Factory colours can also be in transparent wood colours. Life time without fading can be up to + 8 years for factory applied coating.
RESISTANT TO MOULD AND FUNGUS The Siding is very resistant to attack by fungus and mold and the Siding will not rot or degrade in humid environments.
APPLICATIONS Siding, can be fixed both vertical and horizontal.

Colour-Exterior Siding Siding panel of fibre cement with a smooth, painted, fully covering PVDF surface with UV filter.
Siding solution MATERIALS Color-Exterior Siding panel is a high density fibre cement panel with light grey core and with smooth finish, fully covered PVDF painted surface. The backside of the panel is sealed with PU. The edges must be sealed after cutting. The surface also has anti-graffiti protection. The panel is air impermeable.
SURFACE Color-Exterior Siding has a tough, waterproof, durable and impermeable surface.
COLOURS Color-Exterior Siding can be supplied in any custom colour with more than 14000 sq ft per colour. Color-Exterior Siding is fully covered with two coats of PVDF varnish, which gives the surface a very consistent smooth look. It has a very high quality finish and it is UV resistant for up to 10 years without fading. The PVDF surface can be supplied from gloss 10-70.
RESISTANT TO MOULD FUNGUS, ETC. Color-Exterior Siding PH value of 11 makes the panel very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. Color-Exterior Siding cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment.
APPLICATIONS For Siding (mainly ventilated facade/ cladding). Can be used outside and inside without restriction.
MOISTURE-RESISTANT Color-Exterior Siding is not weakened when wet.

Siding solution APPLICATIONS For interior and exterior Siding (mainly ventilated faรงade/cladding). Can be used outside and inside without restriction.
MATERIALS High density fibre cement panels, dyed colours.
COLOURS Natura-Exterior Siding panel comes with semi coated surface in three dyed colours: anthracite - off-white and light grey. The front surface is in the same colour as the core, water-resistant and UV-protected, visible ground structure, the backside of the panel is UV coated. After cutting, edges must be sealed.
SURFACE Natura-Exterior Siding has a slightly sanded front and rolled backing. The board is impermeable. The surface is uniform in colour and appearance between different batch series.
RESISTANT TO MOULD, FUNGUS, MOISTURE ETC. Natura-Exterior Siding PH value of 11 makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds, cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment and is not weakened when wet.

MATERIALS Rustica Exterior Siding is a high density dyed coloured fibre cement panel. The panel is air permeable.
COLOURS - DYED FIBRE CEMENT The panel is produced in the dyed soil colours: Natural white, Flint/Cement grey, Anthracite/Matte black, and in special cases, Sand and a Reddish or Green Soil Colour. Since the raw soil materials provide the dyed colours, different production batches can not be mixed, because there may be a colour difference between production batch/series.
COLOUR - FADING Rustica Exterior Siding is surface-treated with a waterproof front, which makes the front resistant to water and dirt and provides increased protection against UV fading. The panel can/will slowly develop a patina, depending on where it is mounted.
SURFACE The Panel appears natural, in its earthy soil colours that is characteristic of dyed raw materials, The panel has a sanded front and the surface appears â&#x20AC;&#x153;natural rawâ&#x20AC;? and there are small whitish specks in the surfaces that vary in size and number.

FC-H2O Panel Wet area /siding/building panel of dyed, untreated Fibre Cement AC 90 ICC-ES CERTIFICATION
Siding solution APPLICATIONS Intended for all possible Wet area applications and as building/ siding panel for DIY paint treatment as required on site.
MATERIALS The FC-H2o Panel is a fibre cement panel in high density, supplied untreated and in dyed light sand/grey colour. Fire rating, according ASTM E 136 Non combustable. The panel is air permeable when untreated from factory.
SURFACE AND SURFACE TREATMENT The panel has a very hard and smooth surface, ideal for DIY painting â&#x20AC;&#x201C; as water proofing membrane for wet room area etc. When treating with paint or primer, it is important all exposed sides are with treatment, so that the panel does not distort.
RESISTANT TO MOULD FUNGUS, ETC. The Panel high PH value of 11 makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. The panel cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment.
MOISTURE-RESISTANT The panel is not affected by wet conditions and it can absorb and release moisture an unlimited number of times without the board's strength properties deteriorating.

M4-Exterior Sheathing For the high performance build environment ICC-ES AC 386 and AC376 tested MATERIALS The M4-Exterior Sheathing is Fibre reinforced, produced with composite materials as pure Magnesium Sulphate, MgO, expanded Perlite, other agents and strong alkali free glass fibre mesh. It is a 100% asbestos and silica free. The board appears in its natural off white colour as standard and has a hard and durable surface.
MOISTURE RESISTANT/ABSORPTION/SALT The M4-Exterior Sheathing has very limited moisture absorption from air humidity, compared to normal MgO boards, the board does not contain any chloride ion (salt), resulting in corrosion of screws â&#x20AC;&#x201C; nails â&#x20AC;&#x201C; windows etc. The board can absorb and release moisture an unlimited number of times, without changes in the board strength properties. The board is vapour permeable and insulation can be mounted directly on the backside, when used in ventilated constructions with closed vapour barrier.
RESISTANT TO TERMITES, MOLD AND FUNGUS The M4-Exterior Sheathing will not rot or degrade in humid environment. The PH value makes the board very resistant to attack by termites, fungus and mould.
APPLICATIONS Exterior Sheathing, SIPs. The panel is a very versatile and useful building board with very good racking resistance for both residential and commercial building construction. It is suitable for a wide range of general building sages and for applications requiring fire rating and non fire rating as well as termite, mold and mildew control.

FIRE PROPERTIES Roofing specifications for steel deck installations often require a fire barrier as the component applied above the metal to help control and limit the amount of fuel contributed to a fire beneath the roof. The M4-Roof Panel is a Non combustible panel according ASTM E 136.
VERY ENERGY EFFICIENT As energy cost rise, the importance of a good R-value is a key issue. The R value: m2xK/W - 0,104.

CS-Fire Guard Passive fire protection, cost effective and proven. APPLICATIONS Steel Protection, Ventilation and Smoke extract ducts, Mechanical & electrical service enclosures, Service enclosures, Cable protection.
MATERIALS CS-Fire Guard is a non-combustible medium density calcium silicate board, tested in accordancw with ASTM E136. It is used for the construction of passive fire protection.
RESISTANT TO MOULD FUNGUS TERMITES The panel is not weakened when wet. The high PH value makes the board very resistant to attack by fungi and moulds. The panel cannot rot or degrade in a humid environment or be attacked by termites.
FASTENING AND FIXING Screws & Nails can be driven directly through boards, without pre-drilling provided they are at least 1/2â&#x20AC;&#x153; from the edge of the panel, and the back side of the board is fully supported. In areas of high humidity, galvanised nails should be used. Panel pins, oval or lost head nails should not be used. Nails should be located min 3/4â&#x20AC;? from corners.The most economical method of fastening is using pneumatic nailing and stapling equipment.
CUTTING The panel can be worked with conventional electrical wood working equipment. Cutting should be carried out using dust extractors. Operators should wear protective face masks.

CSI-Exterior Sheathing Render carrier and structural panel in one APPLICATIONS As render carrier for Stucco or as Siding panel, Exterior sheathing, where there are also requirements that the panel must be air permeable and structural. Normally, it is possible to insulate all the way up to the panel, provided the inside vapour barrier is sealed.
SPECIAL PROPERTIES: The surface is treated with a water repellent coating. The unique features: air permeable from the inside, (steam can leave the construction), waterproof front surface.
