1. Multibrain Overview Multibrain is an award winning full service Digital Agency that helps enterprise companies globally localize their Social Media through a menu of services and tools customized for each client partner. In today’s social environment, every brand needs to think like an entertainment brand. Over the past decade, the Multibrain team has worked with many of the top global brands, as well as the largest media and entertainment properties in the World. The team’s vast experience ranges from integrated multi-media, branded entertainment, traditional advertising and digital solutions.

The “Hub” of the Multibrain Solution is Facebook, and Multibrain is a “managed Facebook agency” which provides us with advanced development tools and full support from the Facebook team. Our expertise includes: Global Facebook Pages, Facebook Apps, Facebook Advertising and Facebook Insights.

In addition to Facebook, Multibrain analyzes, connects and manages other social networks, including: Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and media sharing sites, including: YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram.

Multibrainâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s success is in its B2C2C (Business to Community to Consumer) process of first engaging within a brands own community network, including Consultants, and/or franchisees. Then, empowering the networked community with an easy to use toolset to build their own personal brand and grow their social connections. Entire solution is managed by a customized social media management dashboard with provides brand with custom insights and analytics.

2. Opportunity Design and implement a turnkey full-service Social Media Management Solution (SMMS) for Pierre Lang, including overall corporate social media presence, localized (by Country) Facebook pages, and Consultant networked pages, designed to enhance growth, specifically impacting customer and distributor acquisition rates. Management of the solution will serve as a delivery and promotional mechanism for content, stories, experiences, guidance, training and development support that enhances distributors belief in self, company, products/services and opportunity. The system, including Country pages, apps (corporate and syndicated), and Consultant networked pages will be delivered in native language of Country (German, Italian, French). The Multibrain solution encourages engagement in business building behaviors in a fun, social and engaging manner, focusing on community experiences (in each Country). The platform and its ease of use will foster the key ingredient of consistency in the behavior and activities of individual distributors thus activating greater growth possibilities.

3. Socialize Enterprise Multibrain will provide Pierre Lang with a full-service solution in the development and management of a corporate SMMS, including the following:

Social CRM Overall corporate profile, Country specific pages, and community management for Facebook Networked pages, including the management of content and scheduling, via curation tools and original content developed from multiple sources. All content will be customized/translated to local Country pages, as well as to Consultant networked pages (in native language). Workflow and approval process system, and publishing to social networks, with ability to target groups of pages, plus ability to pinpoint most active fans in each Country. Content library to provide pre-approved videos, images, web apps, and status updates for local Consultants (in their language) to utilize, ensuring message consistency, and guideline compliance. Editorial Calendar development and management, in partnership with Pierre Lang staff, and it’s creative agency.

Facebook Enterprise M.A.P. is our Multi Account Platform, and provides a hierarchical account management system. Development and management of Consultant “replicated” networked Facebook pages, including content publishing from corporate to Consultant network pages, as well as ability to monitor and track local content from the field with workflow/approval process. Consultant Facebook Pages will be translated into native language.

Facebook AppSuite Full service Multibrain Facebook AppSuite, including over 40 different apps, including: connecting profiles, sweepstakes, promotions and campaigns, and ability to request custom app work as needed (additional programming costs may apply to custom requests). Includes syndication of apps to both Country pages and Consultant networked pages in local language, Apps also include possibility of launching Social Storefronts linking to future replicated Consultant websites. Social Storefronts Once Consultant replicated website system is launch, Multibrain will build, translate and syndicate custom featured products/storefront, mirroring the ecommerce site. Utilizing “dynamic variables” for further customization allowing each storefront to include individual distributor ID when user is taken to Pierre Lang ecommerce website for checkout.

Social Listening Listening, engaging and publishing mentions/conversations across the web, including social networks, blogs, websites, rss feeds and more. Listening based on keywords and may include competitor analysis. Monitoring sentiments (negative, positive) and analytics. It is understood this is in addition to your other agency partnership, however we can provide listening as it relates to Consultant pages for analytics and/or campaigns and promotions.

Social Profiles Insights about customers with data acquisition and interest segmentation. Automatically gathering key insights on customers participating with content, apps, and more. Ability to separate data geographically, demographically and psychographically (interests).

Analytics and Insights Vital metrics on social media efforts, including ability to customize KPI’s (key performance indicators) for network Consultant pages. Analytics include sentiment, engagement, mapping key engagement and influencers, growth and overall tracking. Multibrain will further define custom reporting per Country, and provide reports and analysis on monthly basis.

4. Collaborative Community Team Center Social Community 

Facebook Community App to Engage Consultants: Multibrain will deploy a robust community for Consultants to collaborate, share and participate. The Team Center(s) will be produced for each Country, in their respective language, thus creative local communities within each territory. This will allow Pierre Lang to customize campaigns, content and other activities by Country, or as a Global brand.



Full Menu of Tabs to Manage Activities: Unlimited development of tabs/widgets including creative service. Activities include: o

Campaign Activities: Brainstorms, Focus Groups, Photoboard, Storybook, Giveaway/Incentive, Mission, Content Ideas, Quiz/Polls.

Brand Controlled Activities: Product Feedback, Product Content, Training/Education,

Evergreen Activities: Team Feedback, Team Ideas, Team Stories, Team Photo Gallery, Discussions, Rewards and multiple Leaderboards identifying most active, influential and trending team members.

Team Center Community Analytics: Engagement, demographics data, submissions, as well as tiered filtering by likes, views, shares, comments, plus natural language processing and sentiment analysis to track and measure emerging themes in team generated content.

Unmatched Private Team Community: With a Consultant focused “Team Center” we will empower Consultants with their Facebook presence. Twitter and Instagram integrations, team member alerts and notifications, team generated content sorting and approval process for exporting to Content Central within main Dashboard (thus shareable), rich media support (video/images), in a fully hosted and supported solution.

Community Management Tools Include: Content moderation tools, rewards badges, gift card support, individual team profiles with stats, rewards, submissions and Facebook page activity, and legal templates for contests, terms, policies.

5. Network Empowerment Once the Pierre Lang corporate and Country social networks have been fully socialized and established, Multibrain will launch the Networked Facebook Pages platform to participating Consultants. Participating Consultants will receive the following: o o o o o o o o o o

6. Recruitment Outreach Critical to the Pierre Lang relaunch, Multibrain recommends, and will manage campaigns to build awareness of brand and lead generation for new Consultants utilizing the Facebook Advertising Platform. In partnership with our partner team at Facebook, we will deploy multiple advanced tools to target our specific audience. Tactics may include: 

Laser Targeting: Both geographical and lifestyle interest targeting, for example, women, 25-54 who have made a luxury and/or jewelry purchase in the past 90-days. We can also focus on other key indicators such as “entrepreneur,” “direct selling,” “fashion,” as examples.



Custom Audiences: Input of corporate database to match with Facebook profiles and specifically target with campaign.



Like Audience: Optimized targeting based on the lifestyle, content and activities of currents fans.



Conversion Tracking: Tracking insights and ROI from campaigns to Facebook app or website landing pages designed with forms (and in future, commerce) for recruitment. Includes CPA (cost per acquisition) tracking and reporting.



Campaign Optimization: Testing of all campaigns with image, copy, targeting variations to realize greatest ROI through daily monitoring, tweaking and optimizing all ads.

7. Team Pricing & Conditions

The Multibrain Solution for Pierre Lang is Full Service, and includes a team responsible for the various aspects of the partnership, including: Account Management: Lead point person for overall management of Pierre Lang Social Media. Content/Editorial: Development of content, planning and implementation of content strategy. Content will include “community” language translation of content (3 languages) and translation of all creative elements. Creative Services: Taking lead from Pierre Lang and creative agency, graphic design support for repurposing content, images, and campaigns for Social Media networks. Technical Programming: Programmer for apps, campaigns, forms and customization of Dashboard. Media Planning & Buying: For Facebook advertising campaigns, including language translation, targeting, tracking and reporting. Analysis & Reporting: Dedicated analyst to track KPI’s, Country pages and corporate profiles. On going listening and monitoring of all networks. Customized reporting and full analysis of sentiment, engagement, reach, activities, and more.

Initial (12) Month Agreement to develop, customize, launch and manage the SMMS solution broken into two phases:

Phase One: Timing: (6) Months (September – February)

SMMS Platform Set-up: Corporate profile optimization and customization, Country Pages, Facebook tabs/apps, Social Media Dashboard set-up and activation, Team Center app set-up, customization and activation for each Country (4) total). Initial creative/asset inventory and translation to build “content central” for each Country. Social Media Management: Full service including: development of tactical plan, content strategy, day-to-day management, editorial/content development with partners, post targeting, custom apps, insights and analysis. Includes master social media agreement with licensing and services, as well as overall customization, creative services, training, support and hosting fees. Team Center community management, campaign development, creative services, analysis and reporting. Base Pricing: $25,000 USD per month Plus cost of travel for Multibrain to spend week in Munich for strategic sessions, team meetings and creative meetings. Estimated cost for air and hotel = $12,500.

Phase Two: Timing: (6) Months (March – August)

Social Media Management (continued) Consultant Networked Facebook Pages: Deployment of Networked Facebook Pages, including language specific content, covers, creative, apps, including launch of Social Storefronts for each Consultant. Base Pricing: $25,000 USD per month - includes up to 2,500 Consultant Networked Facebook Pages Price Adjustors – Based on total number of Consultant Networked Pages (additional to base monthly pricing) Pages 2,501 – 5,000 Pages 5,001 – 7,500 Pages 7,501 – 10,000 Pages 10,001 and up

Facebook Advertising: Multibrain will develop appropriate media plans, based on Pierre Lang launch strategies and tactics. All media dollars are NET to Facebook and will include a 17.65% mark up to Multibrain for planning, buying, managing and reporting.
