Edmundo provided execution and thought leadership for a global institution‘s Basel II Program. He also held the role of CTO/Chief Architect for a global bank. Jaime Arcila Principal, is an Operations and Technology executive with over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. He has deep and broad global expertise in developing and managing Operational Risk policies and procedures, Banking Processes Optimization, IT and Vendor Management.! Jaime successfully led a number of efforts to optimize organizations, processes and resources, He was a core member of a data center/systems regionalization team for a global bank. Herbert (Herb) Beyenbach Principal, is a highly experienced professional in developing and implementing Operational Risk policy, process and procedures. He has led cross-regional Business Process Optimization and Cost Management initiatives. He assists and coaches clients to assess the reliability of Financial and MIS accounting systems, putting methods and processes in place to safeguard assets and misrepresentation of financial information. Edwin (Ed) Sherin Associate, over the past forty years Edwin Sherin’s business responsibility has encompassed major line and staff positions at American Express Company and at Citigroup, Inc. He was responsible for restoring Primerica Corporation to

Alain Simard Associate, Successfully managed large teams and projects ($100MM +) by emphasizing the value creation and quantifiable Return on Investment components of every project initiated. In addition to his experience in managing technology, Alain Simard also has a strong background in financial and management accounting and reporting in the financial services sector. He is a Subject Matter Expert on Basel II, providing advise and solutions to Bank of Montreal and various Citi businesses. Hans Gyllstrom, PhD. Associate, his career goals have been focused on the development of distributed computing, and agile development techniques. Most recently Hans worked for Citi developing enterprise wide innovative solutions. Prior to Citii he was at BEA where he contributed to the J2EE emergence. While at DEC he led Database and Middleware development. From DEC Hans joined AT&T, which had a joint venture with Delta Airlines, as Vice President of Enterprise Design and Development. Ravi Raman Associate, has been associated with the Indian IT industry for 28 years and has worked in various roles from programmer to CEO across 5 companies. He has spent 21 of the 28 years with Citi in various capacities. Apart from Citi, Ravi has worked in Tata Burroughs Limited, and various Indian firms.
