Leadership Retreat
High-performance leadership teams are the heart of successful organizations, but functioning in a cohesive way can be challenging due to the myriad issues leaders face: time pressures, differences in personalities, lack of alignment, communication issues, conflicting strategic priorities, etc. To counterbalance these challenges, AMRI management organised Leadership Retreat 2019 to continually develop their capabilities, address important team issues, and discover ways to build and sustain a high level of performance. It was a 2 day programme at Ffort Raichak. Day 2 was filled with activities on teamwork, motivation and was conducted by our external training partner, Gray Matters.
