The major aim of open space and planting design is representing all colors as in media and communication world. The metaphor of ‘sea of colors’ has been used in all tree, bush, hedge, and flower proposals, and a new information environment has been suggested to users by activity platforms at different layers.

“Turkey, Transport and Tourism Purposes Cycling Road Network Master Plan”
In this study, as well as a detailed report on the development of bicycle use in Turkey, a documentary was filmed about the proposed bicycle corridors. In addition, a website and a mobile application are designed for cyclists to access their needs or to use while planning a new trip.
The project sets out general strategies and principles for all forms of bicycle use, and aims to establish a network and support services to improve bicycle use, especially on trips that link existing and potential tourist interests outside the settlements. In this context, Volume 1 report, based on EuroVelo standards, containing strategies and standards, was prepared. In the first stage, two corridors were identified. “Volume 2 | Anatolian Corridor ”and“ Volume 3 | Coastal Corridor ”. Apart from the 3 volumes, which includes research and technical explanations about routes, the 4th report, which is planned to be a guide, has been prepared.
“Bicycle Transportation Regulation, Planning and Design Handbook” The purpose of this report is to prepare recommendations for the reorganization of the legal, administrative and technical framework in line with contemporary approaches and current needs, by addressing the organizational structure, planning and design principles that will form the basis for the development of bicycle transportation, which is at the forefront of the agenda in all countries and cities.

Greater Ankara Municipality has been a capital that has increasing negative impacts on its urban citizens and global environment due to motor vehicle focused transportation policies and practices that has been ongoing for decades. New steps are taken by the new municipal administration in line with sustainable transportation policies promoting use of bicycles for urban transportation is one of the primary measures in the scope of those sustainable policies to mitigate carbon footprint.
The purposes of this study is to draw a road map for city management in order to promote bicycle use for transportation purposes in Ankara, thereby decarbonizing the transportation, and to determine priority strategies and steps, and later creating a priority bicycle network.
