Argyle ISD Enrollment Impact of Projected Furst Ranch Development
This is an informational update from Argyle ISD regarding enrollment projections of the proposed Furst Ranch development in southern Argyle. Furst Ranch is a master-planned community development that includes more than 2,000 acres at the intersection of FM 1171 and State Highway 377. The entire property is all within the Argyle ISD boundaries and is land owned by former Argyle ISD parent Jack Furst. The development is still in the planning stages and includes the municipalities for Argyle, Bartonville and Flower Mound.
