Furthermore, we believe you deserve it. It’s our job to make sure you get it.” It was a dental mission trip to Honduras that cemented Dr.Benjamin J. Martin’s decision to become an orthodontist. “A straight, beautiful smile is an aesthetic asset,” Dr. Martin said. “It also enhances a person’s overall health in many ways. Seeing these transformations in my patients, along with a renewed self-esteem and a new desire to smile, is, by far, the greatest reward of my profession as an orthodontist.” Dr. Ram Miyapuram, also a member of the Dental Care of Texas team, strives for constant and consistent compassion. He provides numerous services but feels he has “…a special connection with pediatric patients. I enjoy seeing young smiles transform into big, healthy smiles,” he said.
