INSIDE COMMUNITY

THE FRENCH BAKERY The French Barkery is an all-natural pet bakery that local resident, Jennifer Mayo, opened in early December. It all started after Jennifer quickly became obsessed with making her three French Bulldogs all of their food and treats. Jennifer only uses quality, healthy, human-grade foods free of preservatives. She's hoping to open a storefront in the Lake Dallas area within the next 18 months. You can purchase these dog treats off her website www.thefrenchbarkery.com. photo courtesy of The French Barkery's Facebook page

LAKE DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT Lake Dallas Officer Brad Nelson, along with officers from the DPS, Dallas PD, and Frisco PD volunteered their time to shop with the children of an officer who passed away after a fight with cancer. Everybody had a good time and made some new friends.

INSIDE EDUCATION
