hen we last visited with Phillip Smithwick, Owner of Seven Loaves Catering in Lewisville, we talked with him about a dream he had to get back to his BBQ roots and open a BBQ food truck to serve the local community.
Fast forward to 2020 - private and corporate events slowed down allowing Phillip to pursue that dream of opening his food truck - now known as Southern Drawl BBQ.

events including corporate events, parties, and weddings.
