This recital is presented as a degree requirement for a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance.
Jenna Bosnick is an oboist from Gig Harbor, Washington, where she played in the Tacoma Youth Symphony and University of the Puget Sound’s Orchestral Recital Series, while also teaching lessons and competing in solo and ensemble competitions. While at Pacific studying with Kyle Bruckmann, Bosnick has gained knowledge of performance practice and technique. She has had immersive experiences in summer programs such as Eastern Music Festival and Boston University Tanglewood Institute. She has also played with the Air Force Band of the Golden West, in opera pits, and more. After graduation, she will be continuing her passion for oboe by applying for a master’s degree in performance.
