Grill moked Salmon Ingredients 1 cedar plank 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp each Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, red pepper flakes Salmon fillets Limes cut in half

Directions • Soak the plank for at least one hour. Preheat your grill to high, keep one side on medium • Combine the sugar and spices in a small bowl. Rub over the salmon fillets. • Place the soaked plank over the high heat until it smolders & crackles, approx. 3 minutes. • Turn plank over and move to the medium side of the grill and place salmon on the plank along with the limes. • Cook, covered till the salmon flakes easily with a fork approx. 8 to 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the plank to make sure it doesn’t catch fire. • Squeeze the limes over the salmon & serve!
