I have recently returned from an 18 month stint of traveling: photographing Europe and tending busy bars in London and Edinburgh. Prior to this I completed a 3 year Advanced Diploma in Photography and was a volunteer at the CCP. I retain a feverish intrigue in the medium and seek to re-immerse myself in Melbourne's arts. My recent occupational history has been based in the hospitality industry, where I have developed many valuable skills readily transferable to the role of a gallery volunteer. Management and leadership roles have reinforced an awareness of the need for effective communication with colleagues. I have an eye for detail and high levels of responsibility have honed my organisational skills throughout my employment. I'm easy-going a practical thinker which allows me to be a creative problem-solver. I work using my initiative and am always keen to take on extra training.
