Please excuse the length of my story; the home is so wonderful it requires many words! The home is a very well built home with a very large living room and two family rooms plus two very large parcels of property of over one and a half acres? You have found a wonderful home to share with birds and abundant wildlife in a forested persevere with natural vegetation, you will think you are in the country far away from the busy cities and crowed freeways! Our home is just minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and The University of Washington! In addition to the extra large living and family rooms the home has five bed rooms and a home office. Our home also has a fully enclosed swim spa room to exercise in or just relax! Step outside and enjoy a hot tub and three decks and a very large patio. The home which is approximately 4122 square feet was built custom built by the previous owner who was a contractor who used the finniest materials available. The quality of the workmanship thru out the home is excellent. Custom tiles were used in the main bathroom floors, walls and vanity top. The kitchen black splash areas and counter tops are made with custom tiles. The original home owners were the Martin Family who purchased the land in 1938, Mrs. Martin told us when they first purchased the property they frequently saw deer and other wildlife freely roaming the property .
