University Events Guide
Excellence
D
ear Friends,
Methodist University takes seriously its role as a community resource. We exist primarily to provide our students with quality education, but we also strive to provide educational and cultural activities for the generic public and top-quality facilities at a reasonable rate. The Office of University Events is dedicated to ensuring your special event is a success. We make every effort to schedule events in appropriate venues without conflicting with normal operations of the university or other special events. Users of the facilities are expected to comply with all University’s regulations outlined in this Community Resource Guide, the Methodist University Handbook, and the Usage Contract. Methodist University reserves the right to deny use of its facilities at any time due to scheduling conflicts, events at odds with the University’s mission, failure to comply with regulations, or failure to remit payment. Please feel free to seek us out if we can be of assistance to you as you plan your event on the campus of Methodist University. Sincerely,
Mike Safley < Berns Student Union |
