4. Green Walls The Green Walls will be able to enhance the air quality in the outdoor + indoor spaces and also assist with thermal insulation.
Small Green Spaces
These spaces are to act as areas for bringing the community together to meet and socialize while enhancing the local environment of the community at large. It will also act as a space for leisure, enhance community spirit and inclusion in matters of the natural environment Small Internal Courtyard
5. Relation to urban street front
This spaces is to be a space for play where the young ones in the community can play safely in a zone removed from the dangers of the urban environment e.g. vehicles. It will also act as a spaces for play for adults where festivals and events can be held and include the entire community.
2. Garden Spaces and Roof Top Seedling Nursery The small garden spaces in the internal street Boulevards will give the community the chance to take part in enhancing the natural environment by growing plants and vegetables which can be sold in the corner open retail market to generate income
Close promixity to bus stop to encourage people to use public transport options
Sidewalks to encourage walking and cycling while also designed with a tree buffer for residents privacy
The Roof also has small green houses/nurseries for the purpose of growing seedlings and small vegetables.
3. Internal Mini Boulevards The community will have internal boulevards to channey wind to cool the internal living spaces whicl also using it as a space for cycling and encouraging walking and cycling as a way of getting around the community and urban surrounding at large.
