ARRIVE EARLY To guarantee admittance, ticket and pass holders must be in the appropriate line 30 minutes prior to published showtime. Doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime. Except programs at the BAMPFA & the Sweetwater Music Hall, entry to theaters occurs in the following order: A, B, C,
Seat saving is not allowed. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Cell phones and devices must be turned off prior to program start. The use of cameras and other recording equipment is strictly prohibited during all screenings and programs. Stream our online program on your computer, iPad, tablet, or mobile at watch.cafilm.org or via the CAFILM app on Roku, Apple TV, or Amazon Firestick.

To enhance the safety and security of the festival, any bags or packages measuring larger than 12” x 12” x 6” will not be permitted into the theatre. Exception: Medical equipment bags and diaper bags.
RESERVED SEATS
Please DO NOT sit in a reserved seat unless it has been arranged for you. Please DO NOT stand near the reserved seats in hopes that they will be released. MVFF staff and volunteers will release reserved seats whenever possible, but it is not guaranteed, and the aisles need to remain clear while the theater is being seated.
