Aquafax Packaging DISPLAY PACKAGING Aquafax offers many products packaged - either skin packed onto a display card, blister packed or bagged with a header card. All options feature a Euro slot for hanging.

HOW TO ORDER The new part number will be the existing part number plus the letter ‘P’ on the end which denotes a packaged item. i.e. 2-60101 when carded is 2-60101P. A price list of these products is currently available, but we will also consider any other products you would like carded and we will arrange a suitable packaging option for the product. Please state on your order form if you want an item carded as it will cost slightly more. Also, please allow an extra 24 hours for carded products.

All products are bar-coded with a unique number.

These packaging options are available for all sections of the Aquafax catalogue.

The ISIS is a robust, dezincification resistant ball valve that is particularly suitable for those installations where high aggressive water causes causes zinc leaching in the standard brass alloys and weakens the material molecular structure. Why Specify DZR Copper Alloy? In certain aggressive water supplies, the dezincification of brass valves used to be a problem. However, with the introduction of the ISIS Ball Valve range in dezincification resistant copper alloy (CZ132) the use of more expensive alternatives can be avoided. ISIS protects against the leaching of zinc that can result in the failure of brass components. Also avoided is the risk of blockage due to the formation of a soft, white ‘meringue’ corrosion product containing basic-zinc carbonate. Dezincification resistant copper, alloy is now specified in BS EN 12165, the alloy being designated CW602N (CZ132). The symbol above indicates that ISIS valves have been manufactured to be dezincification resistant and will satisfy the requirements of the British Standard dezincification test. Dezincification resistance of CW602N (CZ132) alloy is maintained in seawater high in chlorides and other aggressive agents. Lloyds Register of Shipping Yacht and Small Craft Department accept the use of DZR copper alloy in through-hull fittings.

Changeover Kits CHANGEOVER KITS Automatic Changeover Regulators ensure continuous gas supply to the customer. When the pressure in the supply cylinder falls, the changeover regulator switches automatically to the reserve cylinder.
