please read carefully for 2025 changes
opening an account
New accounts must be approved by nora fleming, including additional locations for current retailers. Applicants may be denied based on criteria required to uphold our territory protection program and brand standards. Approved retailers may add but not subtract from their opening order, which is strategically predetermined and costs approximately $1,400.
territory protection
Territory protection is available to retail partners who demonstrate a strong commitment to the nora fleming brand. Eligibility is evaluated individually based on factors such as sales performance, customer engagement, and alignment with our brand values. All final decisions regarding territory protection are made solely at the discretion of nora fleming.
payment terms
A valid credit card is required on file for all accounts. If requested, payment terms may be offered after one year of continuous credit card payments. The card on file will be automatically charged when an invoice is 10 days past due.
e-commerce
Retailers must operate a brick-and-mortar store, not solely e-commerce. Retailers with an independent e-commerce website may include nora fleming products. Retailers may not use an open market platform such as E-Bay, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest.
MSRP
nora fleming products must be sold at the MSRP without exception. Retailers must exclude nora fleming from all promotions and coupons.
orders and backorders
The order minimum is $250. Backorders will be retained unless otherwise noted.
shipping information
We use UPS for our shipments and charge a 14% fee on the invoice total. We do not use a retailer's shipping account number. Free freight is offered with a purchase of $4,000 or more.
cancellations/returns/refusals
Orders canceled after packing will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Returns and refusals are limited to 30 days from invoice date and will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping.
damages
Our items are hand-crafted and hand-painted, creating variation between pieces. Request a claim form from your representative, and submit the fillable PDF along with photos of the damaged product within 30 days of order delivery to claims@norafleming.com. Call tags may be provided to return the product; do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is approved. Claims cannot be accepted after 30 days.
display
New accounts must purchase a nora fleming opening order which includes 15 orange flower power minis. Displays should be filled with white navy beans to properly hold up the minis. Please submit a picture of your completed nora fleming display (including bases and spinner) to your representative to qualify you for 15 additional flower power minis with your next order.
