The Ehrmann building is a historical building in Terre Haute, Indiana. Its newly reconstructed interior is built to be a jewelry showroom, jewelry production industry, and retail space. Arched walls and arched walkways are inspired by the existing arched windows in the building. Combining modern elements and uniting them with the elements of the existing space such as the columns, exposed brick, and existing hardwood floor to show the historical aspects of the building in a new light. These historical features are also brought up to date with the use of sustainable technology with an energy efficient lighting system, minimum transportation, and recycled materials.
