An unhappy Tenant has a problem at home, so calls up to report it to their Landlord. They record the job details in the housing management system which then generates a Works Order.

The Landlord then allocates the job in the housing management system which automatically imports directly into Mavis, meaning the selected Contractor/DLO can see all the Works Orders allocated to them.

Mavis then presents a list of operatives who have the appropriate skills and availability to the Contractor, so they can assign the job accordingly. The Landlord has full visibility of the work status and selected operatives at all times.

Mavis shows operatives’ availability including holidays and other relevant information such as geographical scheduled jobs so that the Contractor/DLO can arrange a mutually convenient appointment with the Tenant.

Providing scheduling information Mavis allows the job to be progressed using the Contractor/DLO’s own terminology for quick entry of data relating to time and parts used. Without any additional input, this produces timesheets, job costings and van stock/parts usage reports.

Tenant is happy! Contractor/DLO completes the job and work queues are updated automatically. If the operative feels further work or an AMO visit is required, Mavis creates these actions. The Landlord has full visibility and closure details are imported into the housing management system.

With no extra effort, Mavis automatically generates timesheets, job costings and any further work requests or actions. The Contractor/DLO then approves the costs which get sent to the Landlord directly to their accounting system, reducing the need for invoicing and dramatically improving cash flow.

Mavis exports relevant details and reports as required for the Landlord to close the job in the housing management system. All the information about the job are stored online and are visible for future reference should they ever be required.
